I ordered food off of DoorDash from here. I received my meal and began to eat the chicken sub sandwich. Mid bite into the sandwich, a piece of lettuce fell out and had a staple in it! Never ordering from her again.

The problem is the owner of this company or business, you are abusing one employee that has to work by himself, it is right now 2:30 am I waited for more than 30 minutes and I was by the drive thru window to grab it quickly and go deliver as I work for Uber Eats. This is disgraceful disgusting management from the managers, and whoever is accountable to handling the flow and rhythm of this business. They have executed this POORLY! Too many orders are being produced and not enough of employees to do your dirty job… this is abuse not to the customers but the workers having to do the responsibility of most… how dare you create an environment that lacks integrity… I understand there are issues but these issues have occurred until I spoke up… if I find this same issue again with the city I adore, I will do more than just give a review… this place needs more workers, more coordination with delivery and pick up, had me waiting patiently outside in the cold which I don’t mind but what I do mind all of my fellow delivery drivers and the people in the car drive thru all in one line waiting for one person to fulfil while he is probably getting paid terribly and taxes take the Minority of his money and then it becomes majority… this goes not only for Burger King’s but for all places and things.

While the restaurant itself appears to be pretty new and they’ve replaced the previous staff that appeared intoxicated at times, the food STILL takes forever to be prepared both at the drive thru and inside the restaurant. Here’s a Pic of the “Big Fish” I received. Not only is it not big it was either burnt or old. I went on ahead and ate what I could without choking on the hard bits to avoid a second trip to the counter for the cheese I requested. Mind you, I only took two bites before I had to capture it as a reminder NOT to order this again. Here. While understand the smaller size is more cost effective, they could not overcook it. I and most people I know avoid this location because aside from the wait, you just never know if you’re going to get what you pay for.

The franchise owner should reevaluate this location. I was required to pay for sauce despite the fact that I told them I was allergic to ketchup. It’s ridiculous that only nuggets come with a complimentary sauce . Good was okay , fries were salty

Tried my first impossible burger, wow! I thought it was the real stuff. Taste was so real that i could never believe it is not a real meat!
Crew were good! Even though they were slamed by drive thru customers, they were still able to accomodate us inside the store.
This place has drive thru and in store orders. Lots of parking and lots of chair and tables for seating. Two restrooms, men and women are separate.

If i could give no stars i would. 30 plus minute wait for an average order. Nobody seemed at all apologetic or caring. It was not just our order, but virtually every non drive through order (which looked like a mess too)

This Burger King charge significantly more than any other Burger King $11.50 for a double whopper is ridiculous especially when other Burger King only charge between $7.50-8.50 and they don’t give coupons like all the others. More than 5 guys ,Shack Shack and Smash Burger. Bro your Burger King!
