My burger was super sloppy and they didn’t even give me napkins! I asked for light mayo and paid extra for lettuce … Definitely wasn’t made my way. It looks horrible and there was barely any lettuce used. My fries didn’t look too appealing either.

After a few months on my last bad experience at this Burguer King location; I can say that things really have changed at this location.
Manager Jennifer was very sorry about the experience we had during our last visit and she was able to turn things around for good on our visit.
The food was warm and tasted very good, the coffee was great (not bitter taste, both the dining and kitchen area looked clean/ organized like never before.
I made sure to share my good comments with Jeniffer and she was very proud and thankful about customers’ appreciation of her effort and dedication to the restaurant as well as the team collaboration on behalf of her supporting staff.
I will definitely be back soon for another great dining experience with no doubt.

Poor tasting quality food= -5 stars
Poor kitchen cleanliness= -5 stars
Poor Dine in service= -5 stars
Poor improvement based on unsatisfied customers’ opinion= -5 stars
Poor representation on food chain burguer company= -5 stars
Poor management skills: -5 stars
Definitely consistent in the way of making poor business.
Do yourself a favor avoid this place at all cost maybe with poor revenues they will undestand the need to listen to their customers’ reported bad experience and do something positive to improve or just closed down the business.
I returned my whole dine in order and ask for a full reimbursment.

The worst Burger King EVER! Lazy employees, undercooked food and long wait times have prevented me from ever coming back again.
Most times I have waited 10-15 minutes in the drive thru just to be met with some kid who either has an clear anger issues or was hardly cognizant just to be given some overpriced disgusting sandwich that was either haphazardly put together or worse undercooked. And that’s when they aren’t trying to give me something I didn’t order.
Just close this location down already it’s always terrible.

Awful service. Wait inside for 20 min after ordering. Never got good. 1 person making food for everyone. Manager just stands around doing nothing. Waisted my family’s time.

Terrible service! The staff was slow, as if they were asleep on the move. It was 4 PM… when we walked in, there were only a couple of people inside; several families came in after us. We ordered a burger for our child, and he had to wait while the staff processed all the takeout orders, even for everyone inside, even those who ordered after us. The child had to wait 20 minutes for his little burger. The woman serving the orders was incredibly ineffective; it seemed like she didn’t know where she was or what she was doing. We hadn’t seen her there before.

Ordered the new whopper with crunchy onions and onions rings both of the onions were missing. I also removed the BBQ suace and it was not removed off the burger

Didn’t give me sauce for my mozzarella sticks or zesty sauce for onion rings both of which were ordered
There’s a McDonald’s 100ft past Burger King and a Charlie’s Cheesesteaks. Also tons of choices across the highway Wawa, Taco Bell and White Castle go to any of these instead
