I stopped by this Burger King around 11 PM—unfortunately, it was the only place open. There were quite a few people and only a few customers actually getting served, which meant a long wait. When I finally received my order, I was extremely disappointed. The burger and fries were honestly the worst I’ve ever had—dry, tasteless, and barely warm. Even a cheap sausage from 7-Eleven would’ve been a better choice. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.

I like this rest stop. It’s nice, convenient, clean, and stocked with great choices in food and services. My only disappointment is that they removed all the banner, decorations, and Bon Jovi’s guitar that used to be displayed. It looked much nicer then.

This place opens and closes whenever they Want to. I came at 8 AM and they told me that they weren’t open and there’s been multiple times where I’ve come in at 9 AM or came at around a certain time at night when I know they would be open and they would deny me service cause they were “closed” which is really ridiculous cause my brother used to work there and even he agreed. The girl taking orders on the drive thru today 9/15 at 9pm is horrible, what a poor attitude. Im not even done ordering and shes giving me a total. When i get to the window her face said it all, the burgers were like chewing gum, and cold. The chicken nuggets were like hard rocks. Not to mention the fries were super salty, I”ll check my blood pressure when i get home. Like woman if you don’t like what you do, move onnn. Smh!

My son enjoys Burger King regularly but is allergic to sesame seeds — we go on a regular basis to other locations. The counter employee refused to take my order and was very rude and dismissive. They wanted you to use the kiosk, pay, and then ‘find someone’ to tell them about the special order. Even when I asked for help, they refused.

They wanted me to use a touch screen before eating a meal. I don’t touch those nasty germ things. Then they wouldn’t sell me a double cheeseburger unless I bought a kids meal. I walked away. What a joke. No burger king has ever told me that. So much for having it your way.

I’m never one to give burger king a 5 star rating, but this deserves it! Dec 18, 2022 12:38 am. The only guy working the kitchen was a true genuine head chef. The way he owned the kitchen and prepared the food in front of me was incredible. I’ve never been served Burger King like a 5 star meal. Flawless from payment all the way to the last bite. This guy belongs in a busy restaurant making good money!

Honestly the night worker kinda frightened me getting food also messed up on my drinks but I didn’t wanna trigger the guy so we just walked away but maybe he needs some help he wasn’t aggressive at me but he was aggressive making the food and slamming things and cursing at himself… just think someone should check on him.

The person behind the counter was rude and disconnected from the customers.. probably because she was on her phone at tbe register.
The food was Luke warm. The fries were cold because they had thevfriers shut down. Lettuce on the sandwich was soggy.. Manager was absent.. I like Burking products.. but this place is awful.. please replace this dump with a Chick-Fil-A or something…
