This place is terrible as going through the deive thru the person forgot my kids strawberry pie then I drove away and my kids threw a fit because they for the cheese tots in the new sponge Bob box and as I reverse to turn back I made a dent in my trunk of my car after hearing them scream and complain I didn’t hear the beeping on my car and that made a 50 dollar meal turn into a 1000 bucks to fit my car. If they just did they job and didn’t miss or forget the basic stuff in a box then I wouldn’t had to turn around and go inside to complain. I will never go here again and corporate will hear about this soon! They didn’t even give me the extra stuff as a inconvenience terribly services from this location I never had at any other BK!

Average at best for a fast food place.
Chicken is usually dry/overcooked, or maybe on the warmer too long. Beef os decent most of times. Mobile orders never include sauces, so make sure to check, ask at pick up.

I frequent this place at least three to five times a week. The staff is always friendly and the food is always great and hot. In the morning I usually have Marisol or Steve and they are both very professional.
