Manager in charge at 8:40pm the evening of 8//23/23 Wednesday evening 2 individuals working the drive thru were totally unfocused! I ordered 2 separate meals and asked them to please seperate them. They didn’t. A black male was being thrown ice and water by a blonde female working driver thru with him. Totally unprofessional and didn’t hand me the 2nd soda till I had to beep the horn and ask for it. The black male said I already gave you one. If this is how your restaurant conducts business, I won’t be visiting it again. Awful representation of a business!

Coupons didnt work. All they did was rudely say they dont know what to tell me but the apple pay worked fine took my money right away. If u cant fix errors with the online coupons better not to have them at all.

Nov 10 2019 impossible whopper meal for solo dinner: $10sth. Fries were good, not super oily. The burger was ok in flavor. The patty was undercooked. Got extra cheese: which wasn’t worth it as they just put a slice, also it reduced the flavor of the burger. They served the order within a minute, so I doubt it was fresh. The portion size was good.

This is the worst drive through I’ve ever been to I ask the black guy for an online deal he told me he didn’t have it then I get to the window and he says yeah show him the code then the manager short Mexican lady asks rudely what do I want then the middle age white women with messed up teeth starts telling us to go around and order again with an attitude. stop hiring people from ghetto people to work in our areas. We all wake up and have some sort of job to do it’s not my fault you hate yours you should have finished school this is not the welfare office where people are begging for food.
