No drive-through for this Burger King. The food was delicious. The line was long due to one person being on the register. Michelle should’ve had another person helping her. She was doing two jobs at once. I felt bad. Michelle still did a great job. She served with a smile and got my order correctly. She even jokes with us. Inside, toward the right of BK, is the dine in area, corner store, along with a game room and bathrooms. ATM by the game room and bathrooms. The left side is a self-seated diner. TA Travel Center is also great for truckers and families who are traveling with children. TA Travel Center provides truck service and a parking spot.

I was way too polite because everyone looked tired and I wanted to be treated properly. I asked for a Whopper with no Onions. They gave me quite literally a Whopper with nothing but a burger patty and Onions. If I didn’t look, it would’ve made me seriously ill. For them to quite literally do the opposite as much as they possibly could, I believe it was entirely on purpose. I’m sitting here trying to justify it, and I cannot. I said “thank you very much” in the cheeriest voice I could muster when she handed it to me saying “whopper meal hold the onion”. Someone was trying to be vindictive and I sincerely hope there will be consequences after I reach out.

No one at the counter. Waited for about 60 seconds till someone came out and turned the alarm off. I can see a half dozen Department of Health violations from this picture alone. And while I couldn’t see anyone when I walked up, I could hear them swearing around the corner. Visited on the date at this time, 6:30 p.m. on the 12th of July

Please follow the cross contamination safety guidelines. I clearly saw when the worker with curly hair in the kitchen was sweeping the floor and didn’t wash his hands to prepare my burguer, he just put the gloves on but he should have washed his hands before. Not busy, I was the only client at that moment, so, so no need to do that.
