Got out of work tonight late at night so I drove over and ordered a meal, and thought a milkshake would be a nice treat. Unfortunately, I was told the machine was being cleaned.
The gentleman sincerely apologized, but I said it’s no problem. I understand, it’s late at night and they were close to their closing time. It truly was not a problem to me.
I pull around and pay, and the woman handed me the order. I discovered in the way home they gave me cinnamon bites no charge as courtesy. It really wasn’t necessary but it was very nice of the staff that were working there night to do that, I could tell from the staff they felt bad about it.
There’s nice workers there that care and I hope the manager sees this and recognizes them for their hospitality. It was small gesture but it was very nice to see

Ordered their 2 for $5 special; Whopper Jr and Medium fries. Got home and opened the wrapper, just a burger patty on the bun, nothing else and they charged $8.83 for it. No receipt in the bag either. I guess someone isn’t getting paid enough and skimming off the orders. Will report to BK central.

Ok, I am completely disgusted with this place like holy crap how are you still in business??? First of all all the tables inside we’re filthy and sticky like to the point where your sandwich wrapper is sticking to the table my little boys wanted nuggets I had to hand them back and order fresh nuggets they were so hard and dry inside I can’t believe the manager was allowing them to serve these are sandwiches were absolutely disgusting and they put a pound of ketchup on every Burger we ordered the roles were old and they were so soggy with ketchup I just can’t believe that they’re running this place like this something needs to be done or you’re going to be out of business have one of your workers go around and sweep and wipe down all the tables it’s unacceptable when they’re that sticky that your paper from your sandwich is stuck to the table and that was the cleanest table we found we just wanted to take the boys out real quick for a little lunch there are three and four and we haven’t been to a Burger King in years this place was absolutely disgusting I’m not doing this to be mean I’m doing this to tell people do not waste your money at this place and when I went to the manager and asked for new chicken nuggets I said these are very old I said you got to throw these out and she said no they’re fresh they were not fresh I peeped around the corner to get her and she was standing at the drive-thru window smoking her Vape and everybody that was working there were on their phones including her very unprofessional and very bad

I just watched the sandwich maker wipe his nose with his hand and then wipe it on the counter they are preparing sandwiches on… another time when I went through the drive through they messed up my sandwich 3 times and the order taker was yelling to the cook that’s he’s too drunk.

The Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was yelling across the restaurant to us. We asked her to come over please, I pointed out that we were overcharged on our bill and she actually argued with us when we provided proof. She then proceeded to give us a dirty look the whole time we were dining.

Food with fresh tasting and was good the only problem I had was that the food we had to ordered was requested not to have onions and stuff on it and I was given that and it seems to happen a lot when ordering with the mobile app

Ordered two (2) large value meals . Paid $29 !!! Can someone please tell me how this is considered a large order of fries ? For this price and amount I could have gotten better value at a pizza shop !

The workers are well mannered and professional. I commend all the workers who make the effort to deliver professional cheerful service to the customer here at the Rt 9 BK in Lacey. Thank you for serving the customer. This job is not always easy.

Something changed and it’s not good any more. It’s not even fast; it took 20+ minutes to get our order. The food was cold because it was just sitting on a counter (with no heat lamp) as they slowly added each item. We saw the same for the other few people that ordered after us. People just talking on their phones and ignoring customers. Just seemed like everyone was working their first day and didn’t get trained yet or something. Feels like mismanagement.
Old review:
One of the few fast food places that still does a good job. The food is fresh and tasty, the inside has been clean every time we sit down to eat. Staff is always friendly and courteous too. Seems like a great time they have.
It has that feel of Burger King of ole where it still was good, not like the god-awful one on Rt. 37. Whoever owns/runs this one is doing it right.
