Located in the service plaza and it’s easy to place the order and pickup. Typical burger king food with little high on the prices. The lines were okay, and the wait times are manageable. There is plenty of seating available and a restroom too.

I really can’t believe this. I paid $18 for this burger meal, then another three dollars for the apple pie WHICH I NEVER GOT. There was no zesty sauce. They forgot my drink. Over $22 FOR WHAT?! Scam. Lazy. Fraudulent. Also wanna mention their machine took forever like five minutes just to process payment.

African american dude with tattoos working 9/24/25 at 9:59pm was extremely rude and threw the change at me and the coins fell all over the place. He also had the audacity to use his index finger to poke at my sandwich as if i wasnt watching. This is my first ever complaint on google review ever… If you don’t have the motivation to work, then dont work ruining another customers day. Please have this guy fired immediately, he is a horrible representation for your business.

Okay, this is the best place to eat in the service area. Two self ordering tablets too, which is awesome. Makes things go faster than the other restaurants.

Whomever that middle-aged woman is with the long faded brown orangish hair is a complete nightmare. I had headphones on noise cancelation mode and had to back up because the woman was screaming… no literally…SCREAMING at all the customers!
Maybe if she focused on getting good quality UNBURNT food ready instead of arguing with me about why I need more than a single ketchup pack for 4 items…. perhaps her life would get exponentially better.

I’m not sure this is a real Burger King. Everyone has “Applegreen” on their uniform, and it doesn’t look like they’ve ever been to a fast food restaurant before. It’s remarkable. Every 5 minutes or so they manage to put an order together, in no order.

Placed an order and waited almost a full HOUR for it to come out. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and I understand they were definitely understaffed for the amount of customers, but management seriously needs to come up with a better strategy here, even if it’s putting up a wait time clock so people can judge for themselves if they’re willing to wait this long for “fast” food. The food was pretty mediocre, even by BK standards, but I imagine this was because they were so rushed. I would have been almost home by the time I left the rest stop if I’d skipped the burger break.

Food was what you would expect at a Burger King however the staff was slower than molasses running uphill in the dead of winter! I waited close to fifteen minutes for a bacon,egg and cheese croissant after placing my order!
