Not only have y’all screwed up my order many many times.. since Burger King doesn’t allow special instructions on doordash.. I needed to call the restaurant.. to make sure they gave me American cheese and not Swiss.. because I am incredibly allergic to Swiss cheese. I called at least four times and no one answered. I contacted doordash who tried to contact you guys but the numbers they had was not in service. Basically… I was forced to throw away $17 meal away.. because y’all can’t answer a phone and y’all don’t have a correct number listed for doordash to contact you. What’s really unfair.. is I wasn’t able to get a proper refund.. because I Dasher had been chosen.. they only offered me $1.28. Just cuz y’all can’t answer her phone or keep your numbers correct on doordash

If I would give half a star i would. The people working there are sooo rude. All establishments be it original nor franchise should offer if not 100 atleast 90% of the regulations/ customer service. I just drove to the drive through asked for the 2 for 10 special asked for large fries instead of small and milk instead of soda which i have been doing since the promotion started and i was charged extra which i don’t mind. The lady taking my order said no it’s not possible and that no other Burher king does that. I told her it is possible and that i do have a receipt proving so. The manager took the receipt looked at it and said. Well we don’t do that here and you can go back to the same store you got it .

This place is terrible people working inside are consistently rude af they close the drive through between 9:30-10:00 pm while google says they are open till 11-sometimes midnight. They make their own hours. The food is consistently gross. The parking lot is trashed and falling apart landscaping is nonexistent the place just looks so run down. They need to do better or close period.
