The staff here have always been fantastic to me. This BK location is my go-to for lunch when my car is being worked on at American Tire and Auto 1/10 of a mile up Quakerbridge Road. Every time I visit here service is always 10 out of 10, and the food is always fresh.

The staff is completely unprofessional and rude. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived, I was ignored at the drive thru speaker. I sat there for five minutes before I drove up to the window. They decided that even though I already paid, and ordered, they were done working for the night. The (assuming manager from the uniform) saw me at the window, stared at me, and continued counting burgers in a black pan, then putting them back where they were. When I finally knocked on the drive thru window, she came over trying to shoo me away, so when I asked for a refund, she said it’s in the app you need to figure it out, we have no food, then she quickly closed the window and walked away. I had to figure out how to do the refund process, and thankfully I did pretty quick, because I received a notification that my order was picked up before hitting submit. So not only did they refuse to make the order, they tried to say they did to avoid giving me a refund. I’ll never be back to this location again!!!

I feel like no one at this establishment reads the mobile orders when they come in. The only thing correct on the order were the fries. I ordered three burgers, and customized all three of them. NONE of them were correct. Two of them had mayonnaise on them, which I specifically customized without mayo. And, there was only supposed to be pickles on one of the burgers. But guess what? ALL THREE had pickles. I’d mention more, but then I would have to go over every ingredient because of how bad each burger was.
