Never had the experience I had today. I ordered two Jr whopper combos, replace fries with onion rings, sprite and lemonade. It’s pretty clear. Instead, two king combos were entered. Eventually it was corrected, when I received my order, no onion rings, only fries. Had to wait for it to be corrected.

I waited in line for over 20 minutes in the drive thru to order my food and receive it. When I received it, my order was incorrect. I wasn’t going to wait another 20 minutes to go back through the line or even into the restaurant. I’ve had food here before and it was good. This time, not only was my order wrong, but the onion rings and mozzarella sticks were overcooked and almost inedible.

If I could give this location Zero stars I would! I only went here twice and both experiences were the same. The two Hispanic ladies that take the drive thru orders extremely rude. First time the lady was mad I took a few extra moments seeing what I wanted. Once she gave me my food she slammed the driver thru window! Second time a different lady was even more rude. Trying to rush me ordering. Literally took a 2 second pause and she was already in the mic with a extreme attitude asking was their anything else. It got to the point I had to ask her why she was being rude. She stop responding then, and I had to repeat my last item twice before she entered it on the screen. Once I got to the window she conveniently had someone else take my payment and give me my food. Literally rude for no reason, at the on set of the order. Never coming here again.

This place is alright. I usually can get what I want when I come to this burger king but sometimes I have had bad experiences with the staff there and also they turn off their milkshake machine early every night so I can never get a late night milkshake! If you’re open till 12am then offer your food and drinks till 12am please.

I’ve had three terrible experiences in a row at this Burger King. The first time, a drive through attendant was rude to me. He went silent halfway into my order, then came back three minutes later and acted like I was a new person. When I told him that I never finished my order, he yelled at me to finish it. The second time, I went into the drive through and waited for at least five minutes for someone to come on through the speaker, yet no one did. I just drove off since I didn’t feel like waiting for them. The third time, the lady at the counter refused to take my coupon because I was apparently supposed to show her it before ordering (how was I supposed to know that). And then told me there was no marinara sauce when I asked for some, despite there being a bunch visible by the drive through window. I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon.
