The worker was nice however they 1. didn’t put in what I asked for at the microphone. This is the second time we’ve ordered here through the drive through and 2. multiple items are missing. We had to get out of the vehicle after waiting for 8-10 minutes and ask for the fries, wait another 5-8 for the fries inside. Get back in the car and notice the plain burger isn’t plain so now my kid is upset. To top that off, they weren’t even busy.

Worst burger king ever! They had us waiting over 20 min for food in a drive thru. Not to mention, they messed up my boyfriend’s order. And on top of that, the guy said they have no straws. We were waiting over 30 minutes total. Ive never seen anything like this

Every time that I have come to this Burger King the Tomatoes Onions Lettuce and Pickles have been fresh. My fries were always hot out of the fryer, my Burger was made neatly and the meat was always the correct temperature. For me this Burger King is better than Absecon, Pleasantville and Somers point

I had a great experience at Burger King! The staff member who took my order was very courteous and professional. He kindly asked me to wait in the parking lot while the hash browns were being freshly prepared, and he personally came outside to deliver my food as soon as it was ready. I really appreciated the excellent service and the effort to make sure everything was hot and fresh. Thank you for going the extra mile!

I waited 28 minutes & my food wasn’t even made. When I asked if there was something that prevented them from making my food after I ordered & paid for it, the manager suddenly became more interested in me taking my $3200 Scott bike outside, although Ib2as the ONLY customer in the restaurant at the time when I ordered. So I sat in a remote, out of the way place. The manager was irate and condescending, and I requested a refund in full. I returned to Brger King store # 31666 at 5000 Wellington Ave in Vetnor City, NJ 09406, and the most I was offered was an “I’m sorry about that,” but no contact information for the General, District Manager or the franchise owner.

Ventnor Burger King is by far the worst one I have ever been to. I have gone multiple times in the morning for breakfast and never a good experience. They will ask you too wait at the order menu for several minutes before ordering. Then after you order they will ask you to wait there again. This is with no one ahead of you. Then when you get to the window they ask you to drive around and park so they can bring it out to you. On top of all that 99% of the time your order is wrong. And not even close to being right. Corporate needs to get involved with this place or just shut it down it is a disgrace
