The on in Glassboro has the best manager and workers, IMHO. Every time I go there they are so friendly and helpful if I need help w/o the attitude I get at other stores. Love their impossible burger on Wednesdays. Whopper Wednesday!

They have a 2 meal deal for $5.99 each, I asked for a whopper meal and pointed at the special she looked at it and she asked if I wanted cheese and I said yes, I ordered a 8 piece nugget and she said $11.72. Then she handed me two sandwiches wait on nuggets I asked for what happened to my fries and drink I reiterated that I asked for the meal and she said I ordered the just two sandwiches. So she then added fries and a drink and told me I had to pay $7.24 more. I asked why she called the manager and he went with her, I asked how when the special says different. The person in front of me also had the same problem.

One thing I did not like and I’m not sorry about it. I feel like I owe the public the truth. Ok, I was at this particular Burger King in Buena. I went through the drive thru. I ordered my food and drove around to pick it up. As I waited for my food, I spotted the manager turn her back from the customers in the store, take out some kind of white tube, dab her finger on it and then proceeded to put the same finger with whatever the stuff was and rub it on her front tooth. After she did that she wiped her finger on her uniform. She then went to get a bag, walk to the fry station and filled an order. She did not wash her hands at all. She just continued to serve the public with her nasty germy hands, like it was ok to do that. She was a manager. I know because she had on a black uniform. She had blonde hair and she’s kind of tall. As a manager, she should practice the OSHA procedure of food safety. She did not. I will not be going to that Burger King anymore, because of what she did. She could have gotten so many people sick by what she did.

“Please drive up and wait” they said. Waited a very long time for our food while the restaurant had 5 employees working and one patron in the dining room. The drive through was very slow and had perhaps 3 or 4 other customers. Finally someone brought out our food, but we waited again for the 6 drinks that came with our meals. I had to go inside to find out where our drinks were. I have never seen this place “busy” and I understand why as in my experience and opinion the service is absolutely terrible.

On last 3 visits consistently bad. Order messed up. I used the drive-thru. I got my order and someone else’s order. Service runs hot and cold. This seems to be a management problem. Last visit one employee walked out. Last visit ordered inside, small order, which did not come up as I waited 30 minutes! So much for “fast=food.” When I asked where my order was? This after orders taken before and after mine, were ong gone.
