First time in so many years and last time for many years to come that I will not set foot into this BK they did not mention they were out of onion rings for a specific burger and did not notify me about it guess customer service isn’t what it use to be who manages this BK location need to step up their customer service

We placed our order incorrectly and understood this. We wanted to get something else and Gen manager was argumentative and talking down to us trying to explain his side. We only wanted to replace the chicken sandwich with a whopper jr and the onion rings we never got. Very poor customer service not happy considering the one waiting for the food was diabetic with low sugar already.

So there is a kiosk at the counter, no one comes to the counter. So I places my order on the kiosk but at the end there is no option to pay with cash! So I wait for an employee for help or to place my order….no one comes so I leave!! I won’t be back!! Going to Stewart’s Drive Inn from now on!!

They got this new touch screen order that isn’t an option dude literally stood at the counter a didn’t wanna take my order after I explained I’m not comfortable using the touch screen order screen. Even if your paying cash he’ll have you use the screen a then accept you money to put into the drawer. It’s just insane dude Burger King wants me to do its job. When I go out I gofor the service. Like dude take my order take my money a give me my food. I left went to Wendy’s an had a good experience.

The drive-thru experience was frustratingly long, at 22 minutes. Additionally, the place had poor curb appeal, the broken speaker for ordering has been a persistent issue, trash blowing around, dead plants in flower beds. The food, both in appearance and taste, seemed poorly prepared, making the overall experience disappointing, and the likelihood of a return visit is zero!
