A Beautiful Dreamer
I’ve been coming here the past few weeks and I had to post a review! The Shift Manager Selena needs a raise! Everytime I come in she is dealing with something crazy customers acting up ect. Each and Everytime she handles every situation quickly with a positive attitude and always has customer service mentality with everything that she does! The store is always so clean to! It’s obvious she cares about the customers and their experience and she works her hardest to keep the craziness out of the store and the customers happy and leaving with a smile. You need my leaders like her that come in work their butt off each and everyday with a smile a positive attitude and never complain. PLEASE GIVE SELENA A FAT RAISE AND A BONUS! SHE HAS EARNED AND DESERVED IT, AND IS THE ONLY REASON I COME TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION! Keep shining Selena your the real gem of the store!

Service was completely unprofessional. The manager was rude, and I had to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot for my food. When I finally went inside to ask how much longer it would be, they admitted they had forgotten to make it. Overall, a total waste of time — terrible experience.

This review is for corporate. You staff is great! Your price gouging is offensive and hurtful to the community it resides in. I can drive to Voorhees or Clementon and pay $1 for an ice cream cone, yet your Burger King sits in one of the poorest communities and your charge nearly double. You are shameful and a disgrace to the Burger King Corporation.

I went in for a quick meal while on break. The restaurant looks clean and organized so I felt that I could trust that they would good quality service. I ordered a whopper with fries and a coke. When I left and took a bite of my burger it was cold. The buns were warmer than the patty. How could they even serve a customer that? It’s not like they were fast with preparing my order either, I waited 10 minutes for my order. Who wants to pay for a frozen burger?

This place does not pay attention to what you order. My food that I ordered here was not what was on my receipt. I ordered an impossible burger and was given a regular burger. I also ordered the new fiery chicken sandwich, and I told them no tomatoes. I was given a regular chicken sandwich with everything on it. I already drove off and I didn’t think about checking my food because why would I, I have trust in their profession. But when I got home, nothing that was on my receipt was in my bag. As though they gave me someone else’s food. Not to mention, the person at the counter doesn’t understand English. Please tell me how is this possible!

This BK is always clean and employees have always been polite even though I can clean notice that sometimes they have a bad day. It never showed at my visits.
