Place always takes forever. Their excuse is that they’re understaffed. Well if you keep having to apologize for the wait, and keep getting bad reviews because it’s so slow maybe the manager ought to take it as a hint to schedule some more staff members. 15 minutes for two cheeseburgers and fries at Burger King is bonkers. Done with this place.

Cleanest Burger King we ever been in! We just stopped for breakfast everything was fresh and the French toast sticks and hash brown bites were delicious. The lady was super friendly and even made up some fries for the kids. Thank you we will be back!

My experience has always had a satisfying one at this location in West Berlin New Jersey.

Even though I have never seen a line and the store always seems empty, this does not impact the quality of my experience or the freshness and quality of my impossible burger.

We were served by the manager, and he genuinely seems to care about his customers’ experience. The food is… well it’s Burger King. It’s good food for fast food, but not exactly gourmet. The dining are was quiet as we were the only ones there, but could use a good cleaning. Over all, it’s a good place to grab a quick burger if you want to enjoy it in peace.

July 6 around 7 pm drive thru. The girl who took our order had an not so nice attitude. She mixed up our order and then got the manager. Then we saw a smiling face. After the order was straighten out. The girl gave us our food she just put our food out the window and didn’t even look at us. No thank you no smile just attitude. We got home our sandwiches were a mess I want a Whopper Jr with Cheese not a mayo sandwich with the ends of pickle and tomato very little lettuce. No we will not returning to this Burger King again.

The ONLY burger along route 73 (I think) between AC expressway to Route 70. Very clean. Very bright. One occupancy restrooms for men and women. Single dispenser for all drinks. Ample spaces in the parking lot for vehicles. Like any other Burger King, this one also has a lounge area. A simple one tuck in a corner. Very near Sahara Sam’s too.

Went there last night at 8:37pm no one WORKING there!! Even though sign says open till 12am. One guy walking around inside store hid after I beeped my car horn to ask if they were open or what?!!? He just went to the back and never came back out and I know he saw me. I don’t get how if you’re supposed to be open you just decide to close 4 hours early??!!?? Never going back to this place. I’ve been here many times and service has been pretty bad. They put in wrong order in my bag, they make order wrong, they’ve left items out that I paid for, food has been old, food has been cold, lettuce wilted on my sandwich, and one time they even yelled at my son for no reason but this was the last straw!!! I don’t know why this place is still even open. It has to close!! Manager is also not helpful at all.

If I can give this Burger King a zero stars I would. when I Came here on May 28, 2025 I ordered a double cheeseburger no ketchup, large meal after receiving my meal I noticed I had ketchup on my burger. I’m highly upset because I am really allergic to ketchup and if I would’ve ate the sandwich, I would’ve sued because I asked for no ketchup and the receipt says no ketchup. This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to because they always get my order wrong the Person taking my order was very rude. She rolled her eyes when I told her there was ketchup on the burger and act like it wasn’t her fault. I wish I could give this place zero stars I will never be back. DONT COME TO THIS BURGER KING
