I was so excited seeing Burger King had SpongeBob toys. My 4 year old loves the show, so I wanted to get her the SpongeBob kid’s meal with a toy.
I ordered (in this order):
– small coke
– side of onion rings
(I was asked to repeat my order again after just these 2 things)
– and a 4 piece kids meal with an apple juice.
Total: $14
The cashier sees my young daughter in the car and grabs her a SpongeBob hat. She was so excited. I’m handed the apple juice, soda, and my expected bag of onion rings. I look in the bag… 4 piece chicken nuggets and a medium fry. I try and tell them, “this is supposed to be for a kid’s meal…. The 4 piece chicken nuggets with the apple juice”. With completely blank stares on their faces, they reply back, “you didn’t order a kid’s meal”. “I did… that’s why I have an apple juice, see”. More blank stares. I’m assuming they rang the 4 piece kid’s meal up as just a regular medium meal (hence the medium fry that I didn’t order). If that’s the case, why did I get the small coke I ordered and not a medium coke with this non ordered medium meal? Whatever. It was disappointing not being able to make my daughter smile even for a second with a surprise SpongeBob toy. She really would have been tickled by that. Oh, and there were no cars in front of me either. The place was deserted. So being slammed was no excuse for this.

Enjoy my time with my 2 kids. I come here occasionally to get food for my kids. The general manager Anne and her employees are always helpful. The restaurant has improved drastically and still is. I recommend to continue supporting the growth and the good people there.

At this Burger King location, the essence of customer service seems to have been forgotten. Mobile orders are often overlooked, leaving customers waiting and frustrated. The drink station is in disarray, with spills and stains marking the area, and essential items like lids, soda cups, and trays are not readily available, requiring patrons to repeatedly request them. The lack of attention to detail extends to the restrooms, where one is met with the absence of toilet paper—a basic necessity. This neglect paints a picture of a fast-food experience that falls short of the standard, reflecting a disregard for customer satisfaction.

The service is SO SLOW in drive-thru. Went inside and ordered on the busted kiosk. Buttons don’t respond and it adds stuff when it wants to. When I asked for something to be refunded cuz I did not order it, they looked at me like I was an idiot and informed me I have to take the food cuz they can’t cancel it. Ridiculous

Ordered Burger King through door dash. Got the buy one get one chicken fries. That’s like 16 chicken fries. Someone working here decided that the perfect amount of dipping sauce for my 16 chicken fries would be ZERO. In my honest opinion, this is a fireable offense.

I was so happy to have a BK nearby, but I always have to wait in line for more than 15 minutes, even when there’s no car in front. It’s ridiculous.

It was one of my favorite places to eat until I got to this branch, I live nearby so it was convenient for me… but sadly it gets worse every time I come. terrible experience every time, terrible service is one of the things I hate the most, the employees of this place DO NOT RESPECT, THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOB WELL . I order the same thing every time and pay more and more, very expensive; my order is never complete, they don’t have ice, old, dry food, I am getting more and more upset and this is the last time I come to this branch. cheddar bites without cheese and dry . They always smoke weed I can smell it specially night shift. U need change this people or close that place!

Stopped here for lunch at 2pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was pretty empty, but it did take us quite a while to get our food. The staff was extremely nice though, and did let me know when they were working on our order. The food was mostly still hot by the time we got it, and everything tasted delicious. Fries were super fresh. Only detractor was that they didn’t remember our sauces, and we had waited so long and they were so busy that we didn’t feel like waiting at the counter to ask for more.

I just got home from BK in Pennsville. I took a drink of my Sprite soda and it was straight up some sort of chemical. It had my throat burning so I drank an entire bottle of water. I tried to call them, they answered after a lot of rings, then put on hold for more than 10 minutes. Just want to warn anyone to taste their beverage before leaving the premises.

I don’t understand why there’s an option in the app for “fresh off the broiler” if the employees aren’t actually required to follow it. I don’t mind waiting longer if I request it, but instead, I went through the drive-thru almost immediately and my burger was clearly not fresh. It had obviously been sitting in the warmer for a while, yet it was STILL cold.
It feels like anything ordered after 10pm has been cooked in batches earlier in the night and just reheated until closing. That’s pure laziness. The fries were nasty, the burger was cold, and I definitely didn’t get what I paid for. It’s ridiculous that employees can see the instructions and blatantly ignore them
