The absolute worst experience & waste of time. The workers are so rude and it’s completely sloppy. Waited 15 minutes for a whopper Jr & then they have the nerve to give you an attitude… this is a rest stop, people are on the go. Don’t bother going to this Burger King if you’re in a rush, they literally don’t care.

35 minutes is a very long time to wait at a rest stop, and it wasn’t especially busy at 3pm–less than 10 pending orders. No excuse.
Forgot sauce, kids toy, and juice in meals.

Stopped at this Burger King this morning on my way to vacation. And I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations fully. The women Brianna at the front counter was very friendly , kind and extremely helpful helping me decide what to order. Also was very helpful with direction on how to get to my destination. Thank you Brianna and Burger King for the much needed help.

Food was horrible. Waste of 20$ they were eating out of the French fry station. I couldn’t eat the food and I EAT EVERYTHING. When I don’t eat it, it’s definitely disgusting. As we’re the employees attitudes. EXCEPT for the cashier. Young dude was respectful and kind. Everyone else should be fired

First off, I would like to say, this is the most clean, well managed Burger King along the east coast. The other falsified reviews mentioning incorrect statements of rude customer service and bad ingredients are that of a myth and utter lie. Although my milkshake was Half full and I was the witness to workplace harassment, it was an honor to eat at this establishment. 10/10 would recommend.

French toast sticks were rock hard, they were sitting in the heat lamp for a few hours if I had to guess. My Bacon croissanwich didn’t come from the quick serve station and was cold somehow. Do better BK
