Whopper Jr no mayo= extra mayo no lettuce. 28 minute wait with the combined people in front of me. Was given a large fry for the wait. Covered in salt. Ruined my afternoon. And I never let things get to me. Horrible.

WOW !!!!! The night crew has taken a complete 360. 6 months ago the food was served cold and messy, employees were loud and using profanity. Decided to check it out last night at 11:52pm and the new assistant manager Stephanie was such a sweet heart. She had no problem taking my order although the store was getting ready to close. It is so good to see employees enjoying the job they have and still getting the job done. THE FOOD WAS MADE FRESH !!! The cashier Ro was very kind and shared an Insider scoop!!! After 7pm they make everything fresh which makes it a longer wait but def worth it. I will be back! Thanks again !

Ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich, as pictured in a 1/2 page ad and lists also Italian style. No lettuce was on it, as it specifically shows, as I wanted like in the picture. Settled for plain, no lettuce, etc. It was the Worst tasting chicken sandwich I ever ate, and doubt it was even chicken!

I asked for a simple whopper sandwich. The cashier made me feel like I was a bother. As i’m ordering and eating there is cursing and complaining loudly going on behind the register. Oh and they didn’t give me back my change as the server said “we don’t got no pennies”.

We were traveling and needed a Diet Coke and a snack. There were several people in front of us, and the staff were loudly discussing that they needed to close the inside because they were so busy and couldn’t keep up. There was also one employee who looked like she was ready to blow up and was quite rude to everyone, including other staff. They even locked the door while we were in there (turn lock) which was definitely a safety hazard.

Every time I go to this location it’s like I’m bothering them by placing my order. I ordered two meals nothing complicated. The girl over the speaker asked me if there was anything else that I needed When I said yes she said “ugh! hold on I have a customer “ and then came back to take the rest of the order taking deep breaths over the speaker. It was kind of humorous I have never been in a situation where an employee shows the customer how annoyed they are by doing their job. I say if you can’t do customer service DO NOT work in customer service!!! This is not a problem with being a shortstaffed this is a problem with it being at work but not wanting to work. Unfortunately sometimes I do have to stop there regardless :/ the kids I take care of love Burger King.

Hash browns were cold, breakfast sandwich wasn’t very good, machine had no ice. Crazy music over pa and TV was going off and on. Cashier no friendly and wouldn’t pay attention to me, always kept back turned. Not very happy with this Burger King.
