I came here to actually help the homeless man that I saw in the wheelchair on the side of the road and use some coupons.
Pierre and xavier help me and they were phenomenal with customer service!
I even told xavier that this was one of the nicest burger kings that I have ever been to, and I hardly ever go.
The french fries were nice and hot and everything was cooked fresh.

Pierre needs a raise he is great. He is very friendly and inviting and remembers all his regulars. He goes over and above. I come back because he is so nice and food is always good. This burger king is always clean too. My kids love the playground. I appreciate everyone here but Pierre goes over and above even one time I saw a customer complaining and he was understanding and fixed the issue even when she wasn’t nice to him.

Food was cold. Came twice in about 2 weeks or so and each time was the same. Food super cold, poor service, asked for food to be hot and it was clearly ignored. I will avoid coming here by any means at this point. Food taste like its been sitting out for a while and nobody wears gloves. Witnessed the ladies hand rub someone’s ice cream and she still served it to them through the drive thru. Had to come back for missed stuff and even the second time it was cold. Food also was super salty and the sandwich had so much mayo it was soggy thru the bread. Get it together!

Waited at the drive-thru for about 20 minutes and got my food. I checked the bag before leaving and everything seemed to be in order, but when I got home I noticed two items were missing from my order: crispy chicken tots and a Hershey pie.
I called Burger King to see if they could do a partial refund over the phone, but they said they couldn’t because they needed to verify the items. I asked how they could verify items that were already missing, and why they couldn’t just issue a simple refund over the phone through the computer.
The person I spoke to was very rude and insisted that I come in person for a partial refund, which would mean wasting gas for something that could have been handled over the phone. This wasn’t even an app order, it was placed directly at the Burger King location. On top of that, the food itself was lukewarm. I’d give 3 starts if the guy i was talking wasnt so rude over something so simple…
I’ll just go to the Wendy’s across the street from now on…

Rude manager on duty. I took a minute to check my order after getting my food in the drive through because this Burger King has messed my order up many times. The manager on duty rudely told me I need to move and was holding up the line. I am never going back to this location again.

Really nice indoor playground for the kids and the food and service was great. Would definitely recommend the spot to take the kids for lunch on a rainy day. Very clean. Also, the $7 meal deal they have going on now is a good deal.

ordered food here late for pickup but the store was closed when I arrived, even though it was half an hour before close. came in the next day to get my order remade (which I discovered isn’t what they normally do) and they hooked me up & gave me extra fries on top. very pleased w the customer service

No baby changer in the women’s bathroom. I had to change my baby on the cold, hard, dirty floor. I don’t know what it is about Burger King but they don’t believe in having a baby changer in the women’s bathroom.

I’m going to give the Burger King on rt.130 next to exit 6 of the turnpike a 5 star review across the board. The employees are friendly, they have always prepared my food correctly and fast, they place is clean, drive through is safe and it’s just a pleasant place to grab what you are expecting to eat, it’s correct. Nice job to all the workers there, thank you.
