You know waiting for couple hash browns 30 mins isn’t normal. Other customers got annoyed too. I completely understand you might be understaffed but you should tell the wait will be 40 mins, then I wouldn’t order.

Walked in and asked for a large double cheeseburger meal. I was told it’s a kids meal and I can’t order it as large. I have never had a problem getting a double cheeseburger from burger king before but whatever. When I asked if I can just order the burger, fries and drink separately the cashier looked at me funny and said “Do you not listen?”. They just didn’t want to be bothered with me. Garbage service, garbage employees! I’ll go to McDonald’s next time!

I showed up 10 minutes before close and APRIL still kept the burner on. April did not make me feel bad about it either . 10/10 she deserves a raise !!!! Typical Burger King… If you like BK, then you will not be disappointed… The food is good, and it’s convenient, 4 sure. If you are on your way to A.C. or headed North, you can satisfy your appetite here. It’s nothing to write home about, however it serves it’s purpose very well. Staff is friendly and attentive. Burger King at it’s finest.

Horrible wait time for dried out burgers, 5 young adults moping behind the counter with 0 customer service skills and nothing but contempt and apathy. In our short visit, we didn’t see one customer have a correct order nor hear one “you’re welcome” or “I’m sorry, let me fix that for you”.

Who would spend $10 dollars on a bacon king burger? (No meal, just the burger) I would Never. The customer service is also very rude. wouldn’t explain why they overcharge on the burger that is usually $5.99. And it’s very Dirty inside.
Also, the hours are wrong. closes at 8:00 pm

This Burger King the nasty one they don’t have nothing here when you try to order fish sandwich l they said they don’t have it when you order french fries. They don’t have it.
