I have noticed that if you order a sandwich that has mayonnaise, you have to tell them light on the mayonnaise unless you like more mayonnaise than actual sandwich. The last time I went, I dined in.. all 4 employees, plus the manager, were more worried about taking care of the drive-thru customers. The drive thru was steady, but they were not waiting in line.There were 9 customers waiting inside for 20 min. before they took an inside order.. then another 10 minutes waiting for your food.. when I got my food.. the bun fell apart when I picked it up and when you bit into the bun, it would crumble. The fries were OVERLY salted. I went up to the counter to ask for fries with no salt.. stood there for another 10 minutes and did not get waited on.. I ate the sandwich and threw the fries out..
I’m a convience store mgr. and we sell food. So I get being short-handed and busy. However, this was totally unacceptable.
UPDATE! Tried this location again. Asked for cheese on my chicken sandwhich.. didnt get the cheese! See pics! And again.. the fries are overly salted!
NO MORE! 3 random times I tried this burger king… each time gets worse and worse.. Now they are serving MOLDY Bread.. NOPE Im done

This is the closest BK to me. Yet every time I come here I’m always met with a nasty short dismissive attitude. You need to do something about it. It’s always the same girl too! Always. The food ain’t that good for y’all to be acting like that. Fix it please thanks.

I recently visited the Burger King at Blackwood-Clementon Rd. While the interior was clean and well-organized, the restroom was quite dirty, which was disappointing. The food was okay—not extraordinary, but not bad either. However, the employees seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers, which affected the overall experience. A little more attention to customer service would go a long way in improving the overall dining experience.

New place, very clean, friendly atmosphere. Food tastes good . My Granddaughter Unique is playing in the play room. Just minutes from her school. Nice place to relax while she blow off some energy.

Drive thru is not fast at all. Today I waited for over 10 min not including waiting for the worker to take my order. This burger king is very slow so if youre in a hurry don’t come to this location.

So upset. Went to get my baby a Halloween kids meal because we read the buckets are back and she has been waiting patiently. So run there while she is in school for a little spooky surprise after school snack just to be told we have to use bags first. Don’t do a news release stating date of start if not going to uphold it. Kids wait for this kind of stuff. Broken hearted!!!

Last night I went to burger king the food was disgusting it tasted like my burger was microwaved and made hours earlier I couldn’t even eat it it was rock solid I was there maybe 11 15 pm I feel like they stole my money.12 dollars in the trash fries were horrible too. I ordered 2 quarter pound king large fries and large coke at least the soda was good.

The kids and I usually have a good experience. They are better at getting your order correct than McDonald’s. I much prefer Burger King. Better burgers and fries! The best part is they send coupons in the mail every single month, and it’s a big help when you have more than one kid plus their friends too! I never get any coupons from McDonald’s, and you can only use one there. Here at Burger King, they let you use more than one. That’s keeping us coming every week.:)
