i had ordered on the BK app around 9:15 and had got there around 9:25. as i was pulling up the place was pitch black. no lights. NOTHING! i check the time again cause the app had said that this location closes at 10pm. turns out they decided to close an hour early and this isn’t even the first time they’ve done this. only went to this location cause it was closer but it’s better to just make the trip to the newton location, they’re so much better than this one.
9/18 update:
had just ordered food after coming back from school, on my receipt it said i had ordered a double whopper with no tomatoes and pickles. when i gotta home and opened my sandwich, it had tomatoes and it was a normal whopper. i think this will be the last time i come to this location. you’re better off making the drive to the newton location if you can

I want to give a special shoutout to the wonderful older lady who works the morning shift at this Burger King. She is incredibly friendly, works so hard, and truly makes your day better just by being there. She greets customers with kindness, stays upbeat even when it’s busy, and clearly takes pride in her work.
Fast food experiences are usually forgettable, but she stands out in the best way. Employees like her are the reason people come back. Thank you for your hard work and for starting mornings off with a smile—you are appreciated!

This Burger King definitely gives off the vibe that it needs some TLC. From the outside, it almost looked closed when I pulled in. The drive-thru menu is cluttered with items that might not even exist anymore—if they’re discontinued, just take them off to make it less confusing for customers.
The food itself was fine—classic Burger King taste—but the overall atmosphere was a bit off. The guy with the ponytail cleaning the front door suddenly appearing at the drive-thru window to take my order was…unexpected, to say the least. Not bad, just strange.
Overall, the location could use some updates and attention to make it feel more welcoming, but if you just want a Whopper, it’ll do the job.

The Whopper was barely lukewarm, twice. I had to come back and the replacement they gave me was also barely warm, like the first one. I should have asked for it to be microwaved. The manager should do some training, this is not right and should be fixed.

Got a late night whopper… The bread was stale and the burger was cold. Got it through the drive-through and ate about half of it before tossing it in the garbage and leaving. Considered returning it but, thought about about that for a minute and decided it wasn’t worth repeating (or worse). Didn’t want to take the chance. BK used to be my favorite great food burger, it’s really gone down hill over the years. The beef is small and chewy, and whatever this new bun idea is comes across as too “bready” (to much bread, not enough meat) and stale. and the “meat” is dry, chewy, and often has hard pieces inside it like grissle or something and tastes and feels like it’s been boiled or microwaved after it was cooked over a flame seemingly hours before).
I get growing up eating 1980’s and 1990’s B.K. spoiled me. No more grill fresh meat and fresh ingredients I guess, and significantly more expensive than it’s worth.(Almost $10 for a single whopper??)

This is the Worst Burger King Ever..The food is always dry tasteless and luke warm. Also they always have the Menu signs turned off. The guy at the counter says here is some of what we have and points to a picture on the wall. Only went again because my grand children wanted to go. NEVER AGAIN…

I ordered a kids meal chicken nuggets. They were hard and old. I told the person who worked they and I don’t think she understood what i was saying. I was not happy with the service. Will never go back there. So sad

The food is absolutely awful. Ice cold, french fries ice cold whopper. I don’t know how they stay in business. Somebody should shut them down. It smells dirty through the drive-through and the people working there are just as dirty as it smells. we will never go there again

My friend and I each ordered the fish sandwich with lettuce tomatoes pickles and onions and mozzarella sticks. The fish was missing the tomatoes and onions on both sandwiches and tasted like a ball of Grease. The mozzarella sticks were hard and it was like a string of rubber inside. They forgot the dipping sauce too. Burger King food especially the one in Sparta New Jersey is disgusting. Never ever again I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog.
