I tried to fill out the survey on our receipt but it doesn’t seem to work so I came here instead. It’s not too frequent that we come here but when we do it’s the same person taking our order and greeting us at the window ever Sunday morning. This person is truly a highlight to mine and my boyfriend’s day. Very pleasant yet laid back. Even on occasions where my boyfriend places our order in an odd manor it’s corrected so that it’s the most cost effective for us. The gestures don’t go unnoticed and it’s always nice to see they still work there. I wish I asked their name but regardless we will continue to go back for that reason.

They really have to think about closing this location or sending professionals because this is wild. One person working a whole restaurant, you sit at the drove through board for 20 min before anyone comes to the speaker. This place is in shambles, foods always cold, just sad for such a populated town.

Person at drive thru was rude then messed up the order and when I went inside to get it corrected got attitude from employee and even more when asked for sauce for the missing item they forgot. Fries are ice cold…idk how that’s even possible. Will never go back again!! Would have been better off going anywhere else! Take my word avoid this place.

I hate the drive-thru. I don’t mind going in and ordering but these kids and some adults just don’t listen when I ask for something specifically to NOT be on my burger and they leave it on anyway because they don’t care or are “too busy”. The slogan shouldn’t be “Have it your way” then. If you can’t listen to simple directions, why are you working there? I hate having to pick stuff off my burger when I specifically said to leave it off. That’s called listening to directions. I know it gets busy but even if it’s a slow day, you should still listen to what a customer wants or doesn’t want on their burger.

The people have been nice but the food seems to get worse every year. Nit even sure how that is possible. I asked for a plain Chicken Sandwich. When I opened it, I could not believe what it looked like. I am enclosing a photo- this is EXACTLY what it looked like when I opened it. Didn’t even go back for a refund but I will never, ever go there again. i don’t like to hurt other businesses but I can’t pay for this quality of food.

Great service but the food was old. The bun seemed like it was sitting out all day and the burgers were cold. The touch screen soda machine was out of more than half thier drinks. Nice people terrible food. Avoid it

Better off driving to the BK in Newton. Very rude people at the drive through. They don’t honor any of the BK promotions. They don’t show you the price of your order on the screen. When I got to the window, I was told about $15 for a whooper Combo. Make sure you get a receipt. The people at the drive through seem to be making up their own prices.

I have to say this Burger King is probably one of the worst, if not the worst location I’ve ever ordered from. I expect much better service and quality for Sparta too. Very sad. The food is always cold and seems like it’s been sitting a while. The staff likes to rush you and move you along very quickly. They don’t even give you the time of day…. it’s a bunch of young kids running the joint and they just too busy goofing off. I also think they should really considered fixing their drive thru menu as well and speaker and lighting, because it’s extremely poor. I also went hereonce before and wanted to use a coupon meal deal, one you receive in a mail flyer and the manager said “we no longer accept coupons” you mean to tell me that a franchise which you are and this is the same business, can’t accept a manufactuer coupon for a meal deal..? You have to be kidding me right…? They were very serious about this and I was not happy about that. I would chose another location or somewhere else, before returning here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
