Just went through the drive thru window, pulled off to the side to look at the menu and when I returned to the speaker I was greeted VERY RUDELY and the employee proceeded to argue with me through the speaker and had someone finish the order. I know it’s fast food but there was no need for the attitude. I will never go there again and if I don’t I’ll get her name and go to corporate.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. There’s bugs and smells coming from the trash cans I looked under the bag once and found mold at the bottom of the cans in the dining area, the employees are always bullying each other and talking smack about customers, usually a result of poor gm management. the floors and bathrooms are absolutely disgusting the dining area is never clean, hate to see what the kitchen looks like.. They close whenever they feel like it so you may as well just get rid of the hrs sign, Employees keep quiting I could imagine why after witnessing more than one employee walk out sayin things that have to do with bullying pettiness and laziness etc.

Worse service I have ever gotten here!!! The were not busy AT ALL, and the food was barely warm. I asked for no onions on my whopper and cheese. By looking at the mess in the wrapper it was obvious all they did was yank the onions off and slap a piece of cheese on. Cheese was NOT melted at all. Fries were also barely warm. Whomever was pretending to put the food together should be fired! Won’t be going back for a while!!! Is this the kind of help $17 an hour buys???

Today’s experience was mixed. My nuggets were great but the unsweetened iced tea smelled of sulfur and tasted bad. I had to throw it out rather than get sick. Iced tea only smells of sulfur if the container it is in has bacteria beginning to grow in it.

The food is Burger King meh. Set your expectations accordingly… The employees are always chipper and helpful. Service is fast and accurate. The drive through sound works well and the large video screen shows your order as they enter it – very helpful. For fast food it’s pretty good.
