The person operating the drive thru during late hours is excellent. I’m a GM for a restaurant, but I also dash late night, so I’m a natural critic of service. But I mostly only post about positive experiences like this one. Time and again, my pick up orders from this specific Burger King have been fast, correct, and always pleasant. Maybe she’s the manager. I don’t know. Her good attitude actually compelled me to order something. Other places can be a dreary experience, and the person at the window can make you feel like you’re ruining their day just because you showed up…(wendy’s, I’m looking at you). But that is not the case here. Terrific job. Totally recommend.

The food was hot and ready and delicious as usual but the real star of the show tonight was Jason at the drive up window. The way he presented my food and returned my credit card to me could have been so boring but this kid laid some personality on it and it made my night. He was about a half step short of calling me M’Lady and I’m here for it. You better hope the USA Network doesn’t steal him from you BK, because this dude has character.

Today I went to this restaurant with my children. I work from 10 am to 10 pm, and that’s the only time I can take them to play.
I went last week at the same time, and they told me it was fine for my children to be in the play area. Today, they denied me access to the play area even though my children were already playing. I canceled my order and took my children out; they were crying. I believe that if they have a schedule posted on the sign by the door, they should respect it.

I took my whole family to enjoy burger king for a late night dinner, and was disappointed with the quality of the food fries were very dry and the chicken nuggets were way over cooked my kids didnt even touched them had to throw them away wasted time and money also order the baconator and what a horrible burger i dont know if it was the night crew cause when i ordered it earlier a week before the baconator was awesome thats why i wanted to share that experience with the whole family but sadly they let me down im really disappointed with the quality of the food that night, this was 10pm sunday september 18 2022.

Customized Whopper with hot off broiler, cut in half, extra onion, extra mayo and extra ketchup. Non was done. The burger was like warm and patty dry.

There seems to be only one person in the morning who takes the drive thru orders AND makes them. They rush to give you the food without asking if you need condiments. One time, they walked away so fast that I had to wait 5 minutes for her to come back just to ask for ketchup. Please be more attentive to your customers, it only takes a few seconds to ask if they need anything else.

Where do I begin? I understand we are in a recession but come on man! Ordered value fries, “VALUE”, not robbery. Literally counted 12 fries in my “value” pack. A potato from Walmart costs less than a couple of cents and can yield a large serving. How you going to charge people $1.79 for 12 fries. Also, no gloves when handling food for baggers but that’s just being nit picky
