The $5 meal deal is the best thing a fast food restaurant can offer these days! First visit to this Burger King. Served quickly in the restaurant even though the order taker was also working in the drive thru. The food was good enough. The nuggets for the meal were a little tough (need to clean the oiil would be my guess). There were a few customers eating their food in the the lobby. The lobby eating area could have been a little cleaner- a sweep and mop, wiping the tables and soda machine down could make it better. Overall, I would return.

It’s the closest BK and my kids love it, but it’s amazing that the drive-thru guy who barks at every customer is still there. He must be related to the owner of that franchise because how can anyone so consistently angry and rude keep a job in customer service…My experience today, an old man ahead of me waiting at the speaker for a few minutes in silence, politely asks “hello?” And the response from employee of the year is “YOU HAVE TO WAIT!!!” At the top of his lungs. It only got worse after the poor old guy tried to order, and was only met with more yelling when he didn’t know the intricacies of the BK $6 duo options and tried to combine things NOT on that menu. Heaven forbid this retiree is trying to save a buck while getting his family the things they like… When I was up, I quickly ordered my kids meals and kept is simple. So I thought…until I got home and noticed the chicken nugget meals were nugget-less. I kid you not they put fries and a toy in the bag, nothing more. Last time going here. Two stars because the drive-thru guy is so over the top rude it’s actually funny.

Went to the drive thru for the Ch’king sandwiches and the whole meal came out super dry and flavorless. Had to drive all the way to Closter to redeem the fries.

Hate to beat up on these poor kids and fast food workers but it’s not rocket science. I ordered an Impossible whopper and it said that on the receipt but I got a raw beef whopper. The store was empty and no one at the drive through so it’s not like they were busy. Super disappointed.

Terrible. I foolishly gave this place a couple of attempts to see if they get better but this place gets worse. They either get your meal wrong, don’t know the menu, food is stale and wilted, or not cooked right. I didn’t know it was possible to mess up onion rings until I went to this place. The customer service is dismal and you constantly have to repeat to yourself to a person who has the attitude that they don’t really want to work on your order. I don’t understand how burger king stays in business because, it’s always empty and now I know why. It’s ironic because if you go down the street, there’s a Taco Bell that is always crowded and has better food. This chain needs to learn from them and improve because, this place is eventually going to close with the service that they provide.

A small fry cost $3.72. I find that a little expensive for the size. When I received them half of them were out of the carton and in the bottom of the bag and not very hot. They don’t have Salt on them, which is a good thing.

There soda tastes weird. Not the best burger King I have been too.. food comes out cold nuggets we’re rock solid. There are great burger kings out there don’t get me wrong. But this location has made me loose my taste for the whopper
