There was one couple in front of me when I placed my order for a Jr. Whopper. They had 3 sandwiches. I literally watched one worker take 30 seconds to put a slice of cheese on. I even got to stare at my sandwich for 10 minutes before they decided to give it to me. I will be making phone calls tomorrow.

I was here a couple weeks ago, the single employee was fast asleep on a prep counter and I couldn’t get their attention after several minutes so I left. I know it was late and quiet, but you gotta be more alert.

9-10 employees behind the counter. No one in line but me. 4-5 employees chit chatting. No one looked and said we will be with you in a moment. After 5 min someone made an attempt. The owner and manager need to have a meeting of basic business etiquette.

Bathroom attendant was standing at a sink staring at his phone that was on full blast. Burger King workers moved as slow as they possibly could. Everyone on site seemed like customers were an inconvenience. Avoid at all costs.

They made a problem about making my impossible burger with BBQ sauce. They made a problem about putting onion rings on my impossible burger. Every other BK has had no problem with this. I guess they just don’t want the business.

Terrible service! I asked for an ice cream in a cup and got a soupy mess! When I asked for an ice cream cone instead, refused to refund me the $2 difference! All they could offer me was 2 cones… whatever! Terrible quality! Do not come here.

Huge attitude just to order. Ordered at the Dunkin Donuts instead. I used to work fast myself. It’s no excuse for the rude behavior. It’s a job. Do it right or find somewhere else to work.

All I wanted was a cheese burger and a soft drink. What I got was an ice cold piece of meat and ice cold cheese (that showed no signs of melting so I know they were never heated) in a cold bun. No pickle, ketchup, etc. I was 2 miles down the road when I discovered it and almost turned around I was so mad! Those workers need to be fired! About 1pm March 22, 2020.
