Don’t eat this crap. Treat yourself better than this, it’s one of the worst quality burger kings I’ve ever been to. If you HAVE to eat something get auntie Anne’s or a pack of peanut m&ms for the meantime until you either get to the next service area or a different food place. Everything in the next service area going south or the one on the NYS thruway going north are both much cleaner.

Probably the saddest location I’ve ever been to. No one will interact with you or take your order. The remodel of this location had kiosk screens put up for you to place your order. The location isn’t even busy. I stood around for about 10 minutes with a few people looking for someone to take an order because if you have cash, you can’t pay at the kiosks. The employees could care less if you order or not. How this location manages to pay rent or their employees, I have no clue. Customer service is non-existent and the food you ask? Just walk over to Dunkin and get food there. At least you know the sandwiches are microwaved at Dunkin and they don’t hide it. There’s also Nathan’s where they’ll cook the food after order. The 1 star reviews don’t lie. Avoid this place.

3 people working, incredibly understaffed. I watched a lady wait 20 minutes, only to look at her order and ask “what about the two ice creams and the soda?” The worker looked confused and handed her a cup. “What about the ice cream?” The worker looked confused, shrugged and said “it’s broken”. “Well can I get my money back?” The worker looked confused. At this point I had been waiting 5 minutes listening to this, waiting for ketchup. I gave up, ketchupless. Absolutely horrible.

I waited for fries and chicken fries for 23 minutes. I was in a hurry so I knew the time.. There’s no one here, I’m just me.. they’re very slow here, I think they’re doing it on purpose to upset a person. You can see they don’t like to work.

This was probably the only Burger King I’ve ever known in North Jersey to have a policy against taking coupons, so I had to go elsewhere. Might have been a blessing in disguise. I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to leave a bad review about that until I saw all these other scary bad reviews mixed in with a few fake good reviews. Now that the rest area that houses this Burger King is closing down for the season (whatever that is), Burger King’s corporate should make a decision to either “restructure” this location or close it down permanently. It is clearly not up to the standards I’ve come to expect from other Burger Kings and shouldn’t continue in this way. Off to Yelp to see what’s going on there with this place.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First of all after walking up to the counter I was greeted poorly. I ordered my food and had asked for everything correctly, when I got my food I asked for condiments and the staff member rolled her eyes and proceeded to give me them with an attitude. When I sat down to take everything out to eat my sandwich was missing pickles, I had went up to the counter and asked politely for them to put them on, and instead they threw a bag of pickles towards me with attitude and told me to put them on myself. This place seriously needs new staff, I will never come here again.

They made a problem about making my impossible burger with BBQ sauce. They made a problem about putting onion rings on my impossible burger. Every other BK has had no problem with this. I guess they just don’t want the business.
EDIT: I tried this place again, but the same worker, Oreste, made a problem again about the same things. He can’t be bothered to make the food the way the customer wants. Needless to say, I will go elsewhere.

9-10 employees behind the counter. No one in line but me. 4-5 employees chit chatting. No one looked and said we will be with you in a moment. After 5 min someone made an attempt. The owner and manager need to have a meeting of basic business etiquette.
