I felt very disrespected at the register. The lady up front was spittin her breakfast from three weeks ago all over us. clean those teeth please. the attitude was outrageous and just unacceptable. then she didn’t give us change and have herself a tip. get a life PLUS RUBBER MICROWAVED EGGS.

Literally the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Staff are rude and get frustrated when asked questions.I’m pretty sure I saw kids running around in the kitchen. They don’t even know their own menu. Not to mention their app integration has not worked in months.

Hard to get a good milkshake. No strawberry shakes anymore, even though still on the menu board. This is the cookies and cream milkshake… not really mixed. I guess they were going for the hombre effect. I Expect more from such a “mega” company.

0/10 The Boss was extremely rude and an even worse boss to work for. Left the place after they couldn’t respect a family emergency that was over 24 hr notice too, just to respond with unneccesary,petty, rude remarks. The stuff this place does also ,such as making the coworkers fill at surveys to manipulate the store rating and scores was also just wierd and desperate for a store to do. The managers/workers also would argue with customers over items they couldn’t find pre-registered on the register for foot tiems such as “Double Rodeo Burger”. I remember so many unnecessary arguments I’d have to just watch thinking,, “wow this is so extra…”DO yourself a favor and just support another local Burger King even if its the town next over such as New Milford,NJ
