It is wild this place is still open. Been in town 7 years and this has consistently been horrendous. I go out of town if i do want a decent bk. However, in a pinch, we gave it a go for the first time in a while.

I’m giving one star because I have no choice but I wish I could give them 0 stars. Large $85 drive-thru order near closing. Asked to park and wait. Order was incomplete and food quality was unacceptable. DISGUSTING. No receipt was provided. When I called to report the issue the “Manager” promised a callback, when she found the receipt and never followed up. These receipts are stored electronically and should be easily accessed. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else. I wish I could upload all the pictures but I can only upload one…look at the cinnamon minis, uncooked and no frosting. Gross like the rest of the order that I got no resolution for.

Just Do Better…. No gloves went collecting food to go in the bag, no attention to customers, touching people’s food with bare hands… hand to ask for a new order of mozzarella sticks…. Just disappointing. Avoiding in the future

Does anyone really leave a review of a fast food place unless when it’s bad? I’ve been to this location more than I should’ve, figuring maybe next time will be better. But no, it never gets better, only worse! My latest visit was again a disappointment. Every table was disgusting and they weren’t busy, 3-4 other tables occupied and drive thru maybe another 3 cars. So staff must just be lazy! Onto the food… nothing was even warm let alone hot. Our large fries looked very inadequate and not because it was cold outside. My wife’s burger order was wrong and looked like it was in a tornado. Complete mess. Buns soggy, fries soggy. And all the prices are very high compared to like franchises near by. Maybe next time will just take the extra couple minutes to go to Warwick BK and see how it is there. It couldn’t be as bad as Vernon! I will give it to Vernon BK though, that they are consistent… consistently terrible!

I put four stars in atmosphere because I’ve noticed a lot of customers sadly like dude take advantage of the very busy workers and make a mess on them which then they have to take their time to clean up I meant a gentleman named Lorenzo and a gentleman named David and they are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met and I can tell that they actually care about their job I’m not affiliated with Burger King in any way but there’s a reason why I go to the Burger King in Vernon and it’s because the people there are extremely kind and they really do care about what they do I think people should start making good comments when they have a good time instead of all the commenting when something’s wrong because I think they would have a lot of higher Stars the workers there are fantastic and they really do genuinely care if anybody from Vernon Burger King reads this I want to say thank you

Took 33 minutes to get my order while others were waiting for even longer. Staff was confused and had no idea what they were doing, going up to different customers and giving them the wrong order and the manager was not handling it well. After waiting half a hour for the food I didn’t even have cheese. Fries were actually pretty good though.

This is by far the most disorganized and slow “fast food” operation I have ever seen. Nobody has a clue what they are doing and everything takes 10+ minutes to get, even even nobody else has ordered anything!
Employees cannot follow simple order instructions, are sloppy and need some management or leadership in there.

I ordered a meal through delivery which included a fish sandwich and a double cheeseburger. The double cheeseburger was ordered with no mustard and no pickles. It arrived with both of those on the sandwich. I get that things may be fast paced at this location but to completely ignore customer instructions, instructions that would’ve saved them time considering they wouldn’t have had to put 2 of the ingredients on the sandwich is unacceptable
