I just left from this establishment. I ordered two original chicken sandwiches with ketchup, onions, and cheese. I went to take a bite (thinking it was my food) and it was an original chicken sandwich… with BACON. I do not eat bacon/pork for religious reasons. I’m beyond disappointed and extremely upset. I need to speak with someone from corporate as soon as possible.

Second timer i bien to this place. this place loves frying food With old oil and The French fries and nuggets r dark and taste bitter because of this. If BK can’t afford to change the oil. BK should consider closing dis place. avoid this place. go somewhere else

I just went to the Roselle Park Burger King in New Jersey Janice and Samantha were awesome it was just the two of them and I have a family of eight in my car they went so far above and beyond to accommodate us and help us they were unbelievable Even assisting us with the coupons that we have they helped us so much they treated us so good they really deserve to be rewarded And again it is the Burger King in Roselle Park New Jersey on Westfield avenue

The store on Westfield Avenue, Roselle Park was doing fine until recently. Tell me why I will place an order online then later walk into the store to pick up my order and they’ll ask me to hold on and just start preparing it having to wait for 10 minutes. I place an order to walk in and pick up my item not to get there and start to prepare my order. This has happened more than once. It just sucks. This burger King store isn’t ready yet for online order at all. Very poor.

Anytime I have gone to this Burger King. It’s always clean. The service is excellent.The food is hot.The orders are correct. Burger King has a solid team here. A big thank you to the staff for doing such a great job. After I posted this, I read some of the other reviews .. no one has ever been rude or unfriendly in my experience. Sometimes you get back what you give . Perhaps, you were rude or didn’t say, “thank you” That street goes both ways.I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I went there and got a bacon melt meal. I went to my car to eat and right away. I seen there was no bacon and the bread was not toasted. It was just plain sandwich bread un toasted so I went back. I told them nicely there’s no bacon and the bread isn’t toasted . Waited 15 minutes extra because the person making the burgers they didn’t understand that they needed to be another burger made for the other one made previously. So I went to get my drink. Also all the sodas are flat the one the customers go use and the fountain behind the counter. Every soda is flat.. I go back to my car to eat the food with a flat drink because that’s all they have and guess what bread still not toasted. It’s a melts. It’s supposed to be toasted bread otherwise it’s just a regular looking sandwich. I could’ve made at my house with wonder bread. The sandwich maker has no idea what she’s doing. This is a poorly ran establishment flat sodas sandwiches made wrong. It’s just a mess over here never coming back.
