It was excellent my first time there! The cashier was so helpful and kind. The food tasted really good. I never went to Burger King since childhood until recently when I got a few coupons and didn’t remember it tasting so good.
Tonight was different. Took forever and then after eating one and a half of my bogo whoppers, I discovered a blonde strand of hair in it I was starving and now I have to throw it out. It’s too cold and too much hassle to go back. Worst of all, it was more pricey than I expected. It’s a good thing I cut it in half!

I Have Been To Quite A Few Burger King’s This Summer. Hands Down This Roselle Location Was Everything The Service Was Fast. The Woman At The Register Was Super Friendly. The Food Was Super Fresh and The Physical Appearance in The Eating Area Was Superb It Doesn’t Give Fast Food Restaurant, It Gave Me After Hours Lounge Feng Shui! Lol p.s And If You Do The Online Survey You Have An Opportunity Of Getting Food Goodies For A Great Value The Next Time You Visit.

Tried to use app a couple of times and never works not sure if its the stores fault maybe ? But this should get fixed! Why put specials combos on app when you can’t even finish the transaction because of an “error”.

They gave Burger King a Face-lift and robbed my wallet with their overpriced food. Girl at drive through window needed a course on friendliness and people skills. I don’t get it. Give the place a face-lift, raise the prices, and strip the personality from the place. I’ll go to McDonald’s next time.

This review goes to MIKE, an EXCELLENT customer representative. The place and food is great as always, but what made our day was the amazing customer service that was provided by Mike, very respectful, mindful and friendly, we need more people like him.
I’ve been at this location before and I’ve had a very bad experience with the personnel, but not today because of Mike’s effort, and that should be appreciated by the HR team definitely.

Food was spotty. The large fries look like a small fry at best. but it took 15 min for my burger and fries to come and also she never rang up my fries so I had to wait another 5 min. I also had to yell in the back to get someone attention to take my order this is suppose to be fast food but it was super slow food. Walked in 25 min for burger and fries and oh yeah I had to wait additional 10 min for someone to notice and I was the only one in the place go figure.

Great service. I go to many restaurants every day, and this one is one of my favorites, especially more for the service than the food. Food is fresh never had an issue, and they are really nice and welcoming. I have noticed that the way they are when corporate comes around, they are like that when corporate ain’t around either. They guy Joseph goes beyond I believe but I’m not sure I think he goes way above his pay. He is a great person so I definitely keep coming back because the service he provides makes the experience a lot better. And trust me I’m a problem if I’m bother or my food is wrong. But the service at this location hat’s off the best.
