I visited the Burguer King at 828 route 1 and 9 S in Elizabeth, NJ to redeem the free whooper after filling up the survey weeks ago. I followed all the instructions on the receipt and told the person that I wanted the free whooper. She said that this store doesn’t take those codes. I pointed out that on the door there was a sign literally encouraging people to redeem the free whooper. She pretended she used the code and said that it doesn’t work there. Really bad experience.

Hi 🙂 one more bad review: “So, i placed the mobile order -DoorDash- at 1:46 PM, now it’s 3:34 PM and 3 Dashers’ve been waiting for the order, guess what, -Nothing have changed, i’m still waiting.” i was reading all the previous reviews and all of them are the same, “BAD TIMING, BAD MANAGING SKILLS, -i saw one talking about ONE PERSON DOING A LOT OF ORDERS?!!!!!!!!!!-. you guys need to do something with this place.

Very rude and disrespectful the girl with red hair that works at night has everyone standing not taking no one order. But seem like she was preparing her whole family meals. Next time put a sign up that you not taking up orders or that you closed.

Worst managed location. They had 1 little girl working by herself on a Tuesday 8pm. I waited for her to take my order for 20 minutes. I watched as she did everything herself and the orders just kept coming in. It was honestly sad watching someone so young and small be overworked. I just left didn’t even place my order. And i swear I’ll never have bk again

Door says open till 10:00 after placing a mobile order about 9:15. Guy mopping the floor gives me the cut off the neck closed. Burnt my 400 points for my free double cheeseburger. Terrible store it takes mobile order somehow but it’s closed before 9:30 when the door says hours till 10 p.m.

Can you tell me what page to come another time and she said no no no I was talking to the other girl because I guess they were having lunch and she didn’t like the fact that a bunch of people just rushed in to order you don’t like your job stay home people business you’re serving people And the way I see it is that the lady in all black who supposed to be a manager shouldn’t be talking to people like that. It was unacceptable. She needs to be retrained.
