This is the most painful experience EVER! Watching what appears to be a manager not do or know her job. Her sense of urgency with a host of patrons WAITING is a sluggish 2 out of 5. They all seem like zombies, and the patience of everyone is not without the rolling of eyes and hand flinging impatience. Food is sitting in the bin and the fries…well, who likes cold fries? A waste of time for anyone on a scheduled destination. And lastly, why is there only two people when you have a mob of ready to eat diners?

One star is enough for here. Without a doubt the worst BK of all time. It was a long time to wait for food. There were six employees at the front desk. One was only responsible for ordering food but didn’t know why there was no whopper melt sold here. The one who prepared the ice cream and took the spill. I don’t think it’s really necessary for someone who just call number. Two of them prepare meals, and one of them just keeps talking to each other. It’s incredible that six people can’t serve you as fast as two people anywhere else!

I came at a pretty busy time but only ordered a sandwich, fries, and a drink. I was waiting about 20 minutes for my order and everyone in front and behind of me had gotten theirs. Turns out they forgot my order. Once I finally got it the food was below quality, fries were unsalted, burger was not very good.

Extremely slow. Eating at this Burger King will add 30 min to your trip. Not even going to blame the staff in particular. Maybe they are under staffed. Regardless of the reason, the point of rest stop food is a quick bite before getting back on the road. This place does not deliver that. Just eat at the chick-for-a next door or go to the next rear stop.
