This manager’s behavior is absolutely unacceptable. The way he speaks to customers is rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of properly explaining new regulations or policies, he talks back with attitude and acts as if customers are an inconvenience. If there are changes, it’s his responsibility to clearly communicate them ,not snap at people or make them feel stupid for asking a simple question.
I’ve always been able to purchase a toy separately for $1.15, and when I asked about it, he rudely responded, “No, that was before,” with zero explanation. No clarification, no courtesy, just attitude. That’s not how you treat paying customers.
Customer service means communication and respect. If he can’t handle basic questions without being nasty and defensive, he shouldn’t be in a management position.

There is only one bathroom for males and females to use. The “Man’s” bathroom is only used for employees…!!!!! I pissed myself because I had to let a lady in to the bathroom we ALL share. This is not right…!!!!!!

Cool place with 2 soda machines, wasn’t too crowded. Cashier messed up my order, putting mozzarella sticks when I asked for Jalapeño Cheese Bites, but it’s no big deal.

This Burger King has its ups and downs. They food is good but the service is a bit too slow for me. They are almost always understaffed, which causes long waits. Also, some workers are nicer than others. You have to roll the dice and see which you get.
The most repulsive thing is that drunk men and women come in here to sleep and get out of the weather. Almost every time I walk in there and walk by that hangout area, it smells really bad.

They close at 11PM and it was 10:30 PM when I got my order and they told me it was take out only and I couldn’t eat my food in the dining area. I’ve worked in fast food before if someone orders their food a half hour before closing they should be able to eat there! It seems like they are making up their own rules here! I didn’t see any signs saying the dining area closes at 10:30.
I also ordered a vanilla shake with my order and right after I placed my order and paid for it the girl said she couldn’t make it. I said fine refund my order I’ll go somewhere else that has them you didn’t tell me ahead of time you don’t have that. Well through some magic she was then able to make it hmmm…

I would give it one star, I am a person who never goes to burger king, this time I went for an order and the cashier today, Saturday, May 18, 2024, was served by a young man and I asked him for a 12 dollar hamburger and he He offered an additional fee and quickly printed the ticket, I told him that I only wanted the 12 dollar one and logically I could pay for the 15 dollar one, the point is that he never told me that he was going to charge me more and I repeat again, I do not consume this type of meals. Then he told me that if I canceled it he would be missing from his box later, so I accepted and then he took away the burger ingredients from me!! I complained to him and he rudely told me “ma’am, take it”, I stayed silent because I don’t like to argue with anyone, please the cashier today, Saturday, May 18, 2024, I hope he will be punished or at least get his attention because the lack of respect he committed with me, if you have cameras listen to what he told me, the purchase was at approximately 3:25pm. I will never come back, because if I already accept that you charge me more for the additional fee, the least he should have done is PUT THOSE INGREDIENTS ON ME, NOT REMOVE THEM, I feel like he did it to bother me.
