My experience at this Burger King outrageously surpassed any and all expectations I had. The customer service was top tier. The store manager I believe his name was Antwuan, went ABOVE and BEYOND for me when he didn’t have to. I will never forget how kind he was to me and makes me feel like I shouldn’t go to any other Burger Kings EXCEPT his location! THANK YOU Antwuan and everyone else that helped make my experience a GREAT ONE!!!

It’s Burger King, you know what to expect, however, what sets this one apart is the customers service. I come here in the morning to grab a bite because of limited time and there is nothing like having your meal served with a smile and absolute genuine pride in their work that they do. Managers, do good by this awesome Morning smile at the drive thru, she’s fantastic! (Apologies, I’ve never asked her ner name because I respect people’s privacy.
I must add they gave physical coupons out and I’ve been sooo happy to use those instead if the app! I’ve made sure to use each one and I kept coming because I had a coupon to use before it expired. (I have tons of coupons that I let expire all the time, but the urgency of the physical copy was smart.)
P.S. MUST try the apple pie!

I’m not sure what happened with this order but this isn’t acceptable. I come here a lot and this was just a shocking to receive. Please do better the next time.

Went to buy a veg patty alone and the man who works there could not find the pos menu to charge me for just the patty alone and left me walk out with out helping out .the lunch crew knew he ldid not even try to at least charge me for something close to the price and let me leave the place . BURGER KING SHOULD TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES BETTER

Genuinely the worst “fast food” experience I’ve ever had. Nearly half an hour from ordering my 4 snack wraps to me getting my food. Which was almost inedible when I tried eating

I ordered food for pickup with my service dog. When I went to get my food, the worker, Donna, refused to serve me. She displayed a very rude attitude and a remarkably entitled personality. It was an extremely frustrating experience, especially since the place was completely empty. I was the only customer and only there for pickup, planning to leave right away. I will never come back with that level of service. Donna should not be working in a customer service job if she treats people like that.

First of all Burger King is so expensive now.. $20 for a whopper meal and mozz sticks.
Secondly I ordered the new fiery strawberry sprite and it was gross so I asked for a plain sprite, no idea why the three girls seemed so bothered and had to have a while discussion about it. I paid 20 bucks for fast food if I want my drink swapped out just do it and do it hastily. It’s not coming out of your wages my god get a grip.

I am not sure what happened…but Burger King use to have the best burgers!! Flame grilled…yummy!!
But for some reason presently the food quality is HORRIBLE!! This is my 3rd and final time eating at any Burger King!!! The burgers are old and don’t taste good at all. The onion rings are mushy and the fries taste worst than store brand fries that had freezer burn!! DISGUSTING!! PLEASE BURGER KING go back to the fresh delicious food you had years ago!! Or soon won’t be a Burger King!!! I am sticking with Wendys!!!
