I ordered my meal and asked for fresh fries and got cold plain fries. My order took forever to come out and the lady at the drive thru looked like she didn’t even wanna be there. This place deserves 1 star for the service and “fresh” meals

So this is my 3rd time going to this location and the staff is so rude. I ordered my meals ( more than one meal!) By drive thru and since I was running late for picking up my kids I didnt double check my bag, when I got home more than half my order was missing. I headed back with my receipt and the lady there said I couldn’t get my food nor refund because it was more than 30 mins since I ordered! And that i should have checked my bag first. So she blamed me for more than half my order missing! Horrible service and its always this location. I rather drive the extra time to clifton location they have better customer service. I will be disputing the charges!

I ordered from DD and my bag arrived sealed. I opened the bag to find my burger thrown in there and a bite missing from the patty. And they gave me little to no French fries and I ordered a medium. I would NEVER eat here. They need to close this place. When I called the store the manager blamed the bite missing on the delivery driver.

Burger King Passaic is one of those hit or miss stores in the chain. At times this store can be most expeditious in their service. However, at other times it can be a case of “Get your antacids and aspirin ready”; it can be a stomach churning headache, and that’s BEFORE or WHILE PLACING your order and before you have even had your first bite.
I have learned a few tricks to getting my order better done in this store. Primary one is “Keep your order simple”. Don’t go off wildly on ingredient specific orders. (Yes I realize they’re supposed to get your order right, but a place as egregiously understaffed as this store, will leave the food preparation staff overwhelmed and that’s where the screwups begin). So keep it short and simple, and above all, come in during light off peak business hours. This will facilitate your enjoyment.
One of the employees here (I believe she is a special adult) is an absolute joy. She always serves with a smile, and never fails to bring about a smile. I don’t know her name, but I consider her to be top notch in her delegation of her duties. I appreciate her.
One more thing about this Burger King which has nothing to do with the performance of the store, can be found in the south east corner of the parking lot facing the Gregory Avenue Bridge, where a commemorative plaque honoring Revolutionary War hero Lord Stirling can be found.

I went in just wanting a hamburger, but the experience was awful. The woman who assisted me had very poor customer service and appeared visibly sick, which immediately raised concerns about health and safety.
To make matters worse, the hamburger was raw and the fries were undercooked. After eating, I became sick and threw up. This is unacceptable. Even for a fast-food restaurant, food safety and basic customer service should never be compromised. Serving undercooked food can cause serious illness.

If I could give 0 stars I would definitely. The establishment is poorly ran. We ordered through the drive through and the lady dropped our food and blamed it on us. When we went inside to get a replacement the lady came back with our order and placed it on counter and said here grab it so you don’t drop it. Very nasty attitude

!!!!!!AVIOD THE DRIVE-THROUGH!!!!! The manager there thinks it’s a good idea to have the Customers that are missing items to wait and pull up a very little and block the lane at the drive-through for how ever long they need. so if you go there on your lunch break, be prepared to sit in the drive-through for 14 minutes. Everything bagged against the cold window waiting. Then you pull away to notice that the food is ICE COLD. The manager needs to be fired. -10 stars out of 5

I can’t believe how slow they are and they forget part of your order. Today was a really bad day for them. Once a polish girl showed up things starting moving along. I spoke to the manager about the plants they have these small nats maybe 300 of them inside and like 50 to 100 of them outside. I asked her to remove them from the store they are going to infest the whole store. She just didn’t care too the Indian manager.just brushed me off politely.
All food was cold and the bread so soggy and I had to ask them to make it over. I was scared since they might spit in it or do something. I was watching them.
They are def overwhelmed. God bless them for working hard but they need to work better as well. I was there for a while. No one asked for my order or if I am being helped. When the polish blonde girl came in thats when I got Mobile order.
