For a fast food place the employees seem to all get along this is the first burger king I went too where it was very festive for Christmas and I was treated extremely well by staff. Everyone had a smile and this location is VERY CLEAN and organized. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich but i definitely would have ordered more. Sauces if you are nice to the staff they hand them out for free. Very good location here in the North Bergen Area by home depot!

The only issue with this location is the lack of faster service, especially through the drive-through. On average, it takes about 5 minutes longer than a typical wait. Other than that, the food is great and the staff is friendly, which makes up for the delay.

Me and my brother had the chicken combo burger meal, and we added a chicken stick, which wasn’t bad for our first time trying it! But it was weird that they gave us small cups for the drinks; usually, the other branches give larger cups!

I always order drive thru whenever I’m going to home depot since it’s so close to BK. After finding the items I need from Home Depot,. I’m quite hungry so I order drive thru from BK and they’re always fast and friendly. My order is always fresh.

I just bought a double whopper combo and they only put one patty. The last time I ordered a double whopper through the drive thru and they gave me a small cheeseburger combo. So today I decided to go inside and order to avoid any confusion. They are the worst managed BK in all Hudson county. They forget items all the time. They just don’t pay attention to orders at all. Everyone jokes about how terrible they are as a whole. Going to buy there I always have to prep myself for an experience of complete disbelief on how just asking for BBQ sauce will not be fulfilled.

I waited on the line with no one ahead of me while the employees were just talking to one another. Then I had to ask if I could place an order. And then I guess an employee came in to say hi and proceeded to sit on the table where they serve the customers food from. Then when I asked about it he just said the food isn’t served there. Very rude children at this location. Then the manager who is on duty said and did nothing.
I took my order to stay then after I finished eating I noticed these black things on the ledge beside me. It’s dead fruit flies. This is totally disgusting and I would recommend no one eat here unless they want to get sick. And this is the outside, what does the back look like.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Ordered thru the app for drive thru, NOBODY was there, only car and store was empty and I literally waited 40 min for 2 meals. After waiting 20 min on the window pick up, they told me I had to back up with my car to the first window because my order was not ready, something that i really cannot understand. Horrible experience.
