Restaurant was entirely empty with very little drive thru line yet the restaurant was fully, all tables dirty, trash overflowing and food was disgusting. Burger tasted like burnt matches, chicken nuggets were soggy, fries stale. All inedible. The only decent thing was the original chicken sandwich also don’t understand why the service was so slow and place so dirty when they were not busy at all.

I go on regular basic went for breakfast order sausage burrito no potatoes also pancakes check before I left no butter so I asked the kid gave me a knife I asked again this time I got syrup asked for manager because he didn’t understand she refused to come out I asked again for butter got jelly manager refused to come out saw her back where he was talking to her I finally yelled butter she must of heard an told him what I wanted. Clean place, appears new. You order at a kiosk, but only one was working and you really had to punch the screen for it to work. The service was awful. Not just slow, but the person serving was rude. They let you pick freestyle soda and you can see the self serve soda machine, but I guess you’re supposed to know it’s disabled and serves no purpose, so they just give you a drink you didn’t ask for then my goodness are you in the wrong for telling them that’s not what you wanted. You pick your sauces and wow, she ignores them then has you wait 5 minutes before she’ll come back and again roll her eyes at you for inconveniencing her for having to get what you ordered.

As far as food, yes this is 100% BK. As far as service, this BK is a disaster. There’s minimal staff resulting in turtle-like service both at the drive-thru as well as inside, which is unfortunate. Posted is the picture of a completely empty counter with everyone in the back – it was like this for 5 minutes. This is why the drive thru is a very long wait. Do yourself a favor, there’s a great pizza place across the street, Lou’s deli another 100 yards down the road, and a McDonald’s after that.

The poor guy must have been alone. It took forever to get my order through the drive thru, but I truly believe this man was doing everything, from cooking to orders. I hated to give low stars for service, but when you wait in a drive thru for over ten minutes, how can you not? He was lovely enough, but clearly had to many jobs resting on him alone. And since when did the Whopper go up to almost FIFTEEN DOLLARS??!!. That was a shock.

Was only 2 people there a couple nights ago. Every table in the place dirty. Had to send both orders of fries back because they were cold. Food was not good, had been sitting there. When she came out to finally clean tables, she slapped on some nasty water onto the tables that left a dirty film. Did not appear to be any management around. Too bad. Had hopes for this place but it is going down hill fast. Good job Burger King. You have a prime location
