I visited today and everything was perfect. The food was hot and well prepared, the waiting time was short, and the place was clean. The staff was respectful and helped me quickly when I had a question. Very good customer service.

Needed a quick dinner after a very busy day. It was quick, surprisingly tasty and satisfying.
We had impossible Whoppers. The last time we tried them, a few years ago, they tasted like cardboard. This time they tasted amazing with mayo, onion and pickles, I don’t like catsup. Texture was like a real beef Whopper. Ordered online and picked them up ASAP. They were ready when we arrived.
Only issue was the lights in the parking lot were out. It was very dark in the parking lot.

Very dirty. The fries are old and stale. They don’t even make fresh fries. If you go there, you will see that’s the fries tray is always emptied. The HIC fruit punch and pink lemonade taste like watered down juice. The sprite is seltzer water. Whoever is the manager for this place clearly doesn’t care for it. I don’t see why it is still open. They don’t even wear hair net. There was blonde hair found in my burger. How disgusting!

They take forever to serve your food and its because they are in their phones smh .It took this lady about 5min just to come to the window to take the money and another 10 to 15 min to give me my order meanwhile the entire time she was on her phone i thought this was “fast food” not “take your sweet time food”.

So I drove through BK thinking it was going a fresh experience ask for a family meal 2 whoppers and 3 cheese burgers. I received the meal and noticed that the burgers where hard and really small. I went to open them and they where these flat puck like thing. I mean the bun burger all of it. I asked for them hot like fresh right?, nope just microwaved all of it together. The bun was flatter than a thin pancake,hard, dry the cheese was dried and hard. Drive back around to ask what happened I asked for fresh ones, Manager said that is fresh. But it looks like it was microwaved and responded yep we microwave all our burgers! I’m sorry WHAT Yep Burger King in Watertown, CT microwaves all their burgers. To my loyal fellow bloggers. Please express to your followers that this is what happens in Watertown Ct. Burger King. Yuck!!! And Yikes!!!!

This is the closest Burger King to my house and the one I think I have liked the best in many years. I frequent this place maybe 2-3 times a month. Never had any bad experience with the food. The service is a tad slow, but all the times I have come inside the place is very clean. It is fast food and a Burger King, but probably one of the nicest BKs out there.

This place is amazing! I always go during dinner and Amy the girl in charge goes above and beyond everytime I’m there. She always makes sure our food is hot and made the way we ask (I have a special need child who is very particular). This has to be the cleanest burger King I have ever been In and the customer service is off the charts. I would highly recommend eating here

This place doesn’t honor their own app deals. I let it go the first two times. But for the third time in a week I went in and loaded 4 new codes for staff. They told me they can’t accept any codes off their app and wouldn’t honor the deals it shows. They were helpless and couldn’t handle the flow of customers. Whoever runs the mid day shift on Wednesdays needs to be fired for being completely incompetent.
I didn’t know a burger king can advertise these deals in their windows and not honor them at the register. I think I might be onto a lawsuit..

#BurgerKing how do you allow this location in Watertown, CT 06795 to operate this way? Absolutely HORRENDOUS.
On Mon. 12/6/2021 shortly after 4pm (review your security camera footage for validation) NO MASKS BEING WORN IN KITCHEN OR FOOD LINE! 0 employees working & handling food as well as customer facing had masks on. None. Further, only 2 of the 5 working and handling food had on gloves. (I know this due to the girls showing off their Freddie Krueger nails over the fry bin.) Speaking of the 2 girls working the fries, both should have had their hair tied back or up in a net. One girl (white girl) had hair down to her knees. In a COVID world this is all disgusting & unacceptable all while they’re yelling, shouting & joking around unprofessionally.
Besides the above, the location is DISGUSTING from outside to inside. Why anyone would attempt to eat here no one knows.
If COVID was a fast food restaurant, it would be this Burger King.
PS: I wouldn’t serve this food to my dog.

This location has consistently delivered a decent meal, however in my last 3 visits, they have not given me napkins at the drive thru. That’s it.
