I dont know what happned last night but this was so unaccetable last night like i ask for fresh cook to order i told them i dont mind waiting if the food was well done take yall time and this is what i got like they really got to do better… I did not even eat it it was total waste .. I was on my last few dollars to spend on something to eat xant even gwt my money back yall need to check on your night crew this was just wrong and disgusting

Now I understand why more and more people are ordering on-line and deliveries. why to see those faces when one has an option.
In my 20+ years of living in the area and going back to this location again and again the someday they will change but ended up in more disappointments and very unprofessional behavior. Very rude drive thru and whoever is attending drive thru yells, screams, insults the customer and then if you reply back they will not fulfill your ORDER and ask you to LEAVE .
I kept on ignoring that some day someone will realize and change the attitude of this staff and adjust them to another time slot but shocked to know that situation got worst and worst.
I am not expecting any miracle, neither will this system change but I am sure this will drive this company to collapse one day and wipe out it ever existed on this planet.

It’s not too often I get to have a good experience for a fast food joint. However this was a good visit that’s memorable enough I wanted to give them a good shoutout.
I was on a road trip on I84 on way back home to Boston. For some reason the other BK closer to Waterbury wasn’t accepting their own BK online orders but I’m glad this one had no issues.
I arrived about 10 minutes after placing the order and they were already ready for me. The staff was actually quite friendly and was nice enough to set up a tray for me to dine in. Although I have to say it was around a Monday afternoon so was very quiet as most of their traffic is through drive-through.
I’d have to say their new chicken sandwich was better than I expected too.. really juicy and crispy on the outside and good thick chicken size too.
Overall pretty happy with my visit and I’d recommend it to those passing by or just come in for occasional visit

food was hot as d fresh so from that aspect it was good , customer service as for friendliness was meh it’s burger king it was something to grab on the way home i hate fast food but when your tired and pregnant you do crazy things

Restaurant is clean. Service is good. Just check your food if you place online orders. I ordered cheese and it did not go through. Restaurant charged me for it and kinda had a attitude for doing it

Simple analogy good hot food. Much fresher than mcdonalds. Sometimes the nuggets seem like they have been sitting but other than that the food is good here. Thank you. ♡

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! It took nearly 30 minutes to get attended. On top of taking for ever! Rude and disrespectful employees! I rather starve then come back here again. But hey McDonald’s is right next door. Thank goodness for McDonald’s! I’m lovin it! SMH

I ordered a Whopper Jr w/ cheese with no bread…well, I got a small piece of lettuce and no condiments….when I went up to ask why there was no ketchup or mayo, the Manager said they don’t put them on if there is no bread…what?!?! She was then upset that I asked for some on the side. There were a couple of other bad things that happened, but this was the worse!!

Go into the BK App, play the Home of the Ghosts Game, and you’re rewarded with an Offer to get 2 Ghost Pepper Whoppers and 2 Small Fries for $10.00! Totally worth it, not too spicy, and pretty tasty (though I neglected to customize one of them and it was dry; my fault). Give it a try before the promo ends, and have it “your way”. I’m so sad to write this review , I been of grits for two years and my first fast food meal I wanted to be a good old wooper, well this was a nightmare, we order our food waiting as normal went got the drinks and some guy comes from outside with a bag and told me that was my food, they gave him the wrong order and handed to me I was in shock, I started looking in the bag and it was not our order either, I order a plain doble wooper with cheese ketchup and Mayo and got a double smaller burger with cheese onion rings and barbecue souse I was soooo disappointed, I just took the food and we are leaving real disappointed.
