The manager that works over night at the window has THE WORST attitude and should not be working here. This is not the first time I have been here and tbh the first time I visited there was a younger lady working the window and was amazing and that’s why I originally came back. But lately it seems I keep getting the mean one. She literally refused to take my order tonight after I stood at the intercom with no response from anyone there so I pulled up to the window and she yelled at me to go around and once I did again she then told me she will not serve me. I was shocked and could not believe her behavior. This is unexceptional behavior and I will be reaching out to the GM in the morning.

Consistently messed up my very simple order, a whopper, every time I have gone this year. Whoppers don’t come with cheese, which is why I order them. They ask every time if I want cheese on it, every time I say no, and every time they put it on anyway. I’ve wasted over 50 dollars on burgers I’ve had to throw out so far this year. This is a problem with this location. They don’t listen or care. They take forever and now I’m out 15 dollars for nothing.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for one simple meal, one car in front of us. The guy who was working was stressed out, his co-worker looked like he was strung-out on drugs napping in the dining area, not working of course. If I could give zero stars I would. No one will ever work here in this environment.

Man if I could rate this place a zero I would. This is the worst Burger King everrrrr, I’ve vist different one’s and this one is the worst . So we got to the intercom to place our order and we started to get rushed into placing our order, we brushed it off. After placing our order we waited 20 to about 30 min to get this nasty food. The bag was dirty as heck ans one sandwich wasn’t even wrapped properly, and to make matters worse the sandwich was soooo greasy. I WILL NEVERRRR GO BACK TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME AND I LIKE TO GIVE CHANCES BUT MY GOD MAN, THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER.

Y’all lucky I had to leave a star just to write my review cause y’all dang sure don’t deserve no stars if you ask me I went through the drive thru the lady was nice asked me if I want a cheese added to my Whoppers because I had a coupon she also asked me if I wanted to try their pies or the chocolate chip cookies because she was nice I said yes to both I paid extra of course needless to say I get all the way home and there’s not one piece of cheese on none of my burgers that I ordered my burger buns is dry the beef taste like wood when I try to call the voicemail picks like it’s a house phone not to mention the little light skin girl at the window was rude didn’t greet us or thank us or even say your welcome when my wife said thank u this isn’t the first time we had and issue with this same BK but since that was over a year ago I said y not all to find out they haven’t learned anything to do better I honestly think they need to fire and hire new staff that really appreciate having a job trained properly and knows good customer service I have never written a review as bad as this one smh… They need to shut them down on Thomaston Ave Wtby Ct just so y’all know which one in talking about

I think they’re changing their name to Out of Everything King. This place is always running out of everything all the time, not end of day or on weekends, always. This isn’t local to just this Burger King but they keep charging me for cheese on the Whopper even when I say “No, no thanks, I don’t want it, please no, thanks anyway, no cheese, no cheese thank you.” It’s getting on my nerves, I get the cheese I Paid for but I don’t want it, the Whopper is my favorite sandwich and it tastes better without cheese. Horrible deceptive upsell tactic, and all the Burger kings are doing it. I say no clearly and they put it anyway and don’t give me a receipt so I don’t see it until it’s too late. Food was made well on this visit, they were only out of five things on this visit.

The food was pretty good. It was a little disappointing that they got rid of the epic soda machine they used to have with a bunch of flavors tho. I got the Bacon King meal, which seemed a bit heavy on the price.. It was good but with the stiff competition around, they should aim for serving hot and fresh food.
