Best Burger King I’ve dined in. The manager is extremely friendly and professional. We’ve placed numerous complicated orders both through the app and in-person and they have been executed flawlessly. The shake machine is always operational as well (something that cannot be said for other locations we’ve been to).

I rate this restaurant -0 stars! Ordered today 9/22/25 via DoorDash. The fries were cold, no napkin in the bag, no ketchup, no straw! But none of that mattered when chowing down on my mediocre burger, something sharp and hard between my teeth stops me mid chew! I immediately thought it was glass in my mouth. I carefully hold the foreign object that’s mixed in with my chewed up food between my teeth. As I pull it from my teeth, to my discovery, it’s a STAPLE! there are no words to explain the terror and shock that went through my mind of what if it was my toddler eating this burger, what if it was my husband who scarfs down food like a cave man ! The damage of swallowing a foreign object can cause serious bodily harm! Please stay away from this establishment completely. And ensure you thoroughly check your food before eating from here. I will be looking into what legal action I can take.

Always running out of food or drink items. Inside and outside look horrendous. Service is slow. But the staff is very nice. They seem like they want to do their job and serve good food but do not have the proper support they need from their management staff.

Man if I could rate this place a zero I would. This is the worst Burger King everrrrr, I’ve vist different one’s and this one is the worst . So we got to the intercom to place our order and we started to get rushed into placing our order, we brushed it off. After placing our order we waited 20 to about 30 min to get this nasty food. The bag was dirty as heck ans one sandwich wasn’t even wrapped properly, and to make matters worse the sandwich was soooo greasy. I WILL NEVERRRR GO BACK TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME AND I LIKE TO GIVE CHANCES BUT MY GOD MAN, THEY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER.

Consistently messed up my very simple order, a whopper, every time I have gone this year. Whoppers don’t come with cheese, which is why I order them. They ask every time if I want cheese on it, every time I say no, and every time they put it on anyway. I’ve wasted over 50 dollars on burgers I’ve had to throw out so far this year. This is a problem with this location. They don’t listen or care. They take forever and now I’m out 15 dollars for nothing.

I’ve had bad experiences with Burger King in general the last few years, not at this location but just in general. My family and I needed a quick meal so we ordered from the drive thru and we had to wait a little longer than usual just being honest but when the food came out, it was all fresh literally everything we ordered. The guys working apologized for the wait, giving us two crowns for the kids and the kids’ meal toys. Point is great food and great service for a change from Burger King. Just wanted to give the staff there last night their credit. Great job, guys, and thank you.

I ordered from drive thru, it took a little time for the person in front of me to get their food, which i didn’t mind the wait. But when I pulled up, the guy who was at the window, was prepping the orders, ringing the people out,his arms did not stop moving , getting everything in the bag ringing out and sending us on our way. He definitely was taking care of business and not wasting time. The food was hot and fresh too. I ordered after 6 pm on 5/30/25, that team member is a keeper. Oh and whoever was on the grill too!! You guys were holding it dooowwwnwnnnn!!
