Today I was disappointed as after working all morning I only had a few minutes to pick up something to eat. At the window I asked for mayonnaise and ketchup on the side. At the window I asked the lady if they remember to put the Mayo and Ketchup. She answered yes. I went to work at another client only to find out they have only given me ketchup. No breakfast and the only meal of the day ruined. It’s not the first time this happens. Simple instructions… I wonder if staff has not been trained properly or their IQ is in question as they cannot follow simple instructions. I wonder why McDonald’s has more clients… customer service should be a priority not subjective to the employees attitude of a particular day.

Walked out. Order machines work, somewhat; do not need a screen if what they suggest. Screen was spinning and not loading. Walked to the counter to order, the girl behind the counter never turned around to take the order, pissed off look on her face the entire time. Will never go back here again. Worst place ever.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff here seem incredibly lazy, and the service was painfully slow.
While I was there, I witnessed a particularly disheartening situation. A poor guy was trying to get a job or attend an interview, but the girl he spoke to was quite rude. She brushed him off, telling him to reschedule because it was a busy time. However, it was evident that the place wasn’t busy at all—just one drive-through was open, and there were hardly any people walking in.
I know this because I ended up giving the guy a ride halfway. He was just a person trying to work and earn a living, and the way he was treated was unacceptable.
Overall, this location needs to seriously improve its staff’s attitude and service quality. Very disappointed.

Hot water should be made available FREE to customers. This location is charging customers for HOT TAP WATER. Also, they have an entire half of the store closed off for their preferred customers and it’s discriminatory towards the other customers.

Place an order online waited for an hour for updates – nothing. Took a ride waited on the parking lot hoping for update – nothing. Went inside 2 customer service representatives Viviana and Amanda chatting with each other no customers inside or on drive up. No greetings for the customer, I asked about my order she took the number gave me cups to fill it up, then the drive up order came in they took the orderswhile making me wait again. I asked when is my turn she said nothing and then started to prepare my order.
There are bunch of ad expenses being invested in order to boost the Burger King sales but this kind of poor unprofessional horrible customer service erases all the company’s effort to succeed in their business and beat the competitors! I would never ever recommend this place to my family or friends as I respect their time! Disappointing!

unsalted fries. no sauce on bunless/gluten free burger. gave only one shake when two were payed for, then we had to pay for the second shake again. The burgers and shakes were good though.
