Dirty, disrespectful doesn’t taste like Burger King. I ate here a few times and every time I realized why I don’t go there. I was treated like I wasn’t a costumer. I don’t think they know how the costumer should be treated. I don’t think they know how restaurant business works. I don’t see this one succeeding if they don’t start clean, then clean some more then clean more. Keep the fast food for goodness sake safe and cook it according to those Burger King instructions and lastly be respectful and polite and listen to the questions and answer properly.

Dont eat fast food. I used the parking lot fora FB Marketplace sale. I felt safe because of the cameras bk provides, but no part of me.would eat that food.

I was feeling a bit lazy and decided not to drive to another BK, but instead take my chances in West Haven. WHAT A CHANGE!! Must be under new management because the place was clean, rat traps gone. Every table was clean and set with a crown. Floor was swept, no trash. Booths were no longer tattered and worn. I was also properly greeted and the counter person smiled. Food was hot,especially the fries.
OK, I have to up the star rating.. let’s hope they can maintain this.. it is a nice change! Ibwill give it a 4..

No changes here, same filthy, dirty tables and worn out seating. Now they have rat traps around the building.. oh joy! Saving grace ere was the super nice and friendly cashier, Nat (?) Go to the Orange BK!
Filthy, run down. Bk should either remodel or shut this dump down. Ripped seats, trash on floor…

Worse service from any burger king. They are never busy inside or drive thru but to order or even to get your order you spend about half hour just waiting sometimes your order is made wrong after waiting all that time

The service is always very bad, the employees have a bad attitude. I’ve passed by a few times in the morning and the menu shows that they offer lunch all day. I’ve had to pass by at an earlier time and they always tell me that they don’t have lunch for sale yet. So I wonder why it appears on the menu if they don’t sell it. When you want to order, they always say that it’s not ready, it’s only breakfast.

ThisBurger King is a Drive-Thru. This is a Great place to relax over lunch. It’s clean and cozy. I love the outside view when you’re seated inside. There’s a rest room; wheelchair accessible park and wheelchair accessible entrance for the the differently abled. The workers are courteous and fast.

24 hours my ass, I pull into the drive through at 1 am after a long shift, and I get immediately greeted asking if I wanted to try some dumb menu item, I said no, and instead asked for a whopper, was then met with, „sorry sir we‘re closed,“ if you don’t want to do your job that’s fine, but don’t have ALL the lights on inside if you don’t want to seem open, I’ve never seen this place busy and I drive by it every day. This place has to be losing Burger King money.
