The service was prompt! I don’t like lettuce & tomato and often I find that the Burger King people don’t follow this instruction although I customize my order. But this place was dfrnt & they followed my instruction properly! Loved that, but they don’t give ample ranch, or pepper. That’s why it’s a 4

Absolutely spotless. Cleanest BK I’ve seen in years! The gentleman who assisted me at check out (indoors, to go) was pleasant and efficient. Food tasted great, got a good deal with a breakfast coupon.

Visited on Saturday July 22 2023 and that will be my last time eating here or at any Burger King establishment. My sandwich had mold on the bread. It’s inexcusable and those preparing the food should look at what they’re preparing for the customer. I’m utterly disgusted.

Worst BK experience I have ever had and that is saying something as fast food is never really great. Employees with bad attitude, old cold food when they were busy with a line. Idk how that even happens. Being busy means the food should be fresh as it doesn’t have time to sit around. Order had multiple things wrong. Every one of the combos and there’s barely anything on the burgers. Shoved all of the food in one bag. 4 combos all in one bag. Fries missing from one of the combos. Went just to get hot chocolate and they didn’t tell us they were out until after we paid. Then they didn’t want to make fresh coffee but instead wanted to give us coffee that was made 30 minutes ago.

I asked for no pickles and the first thing i taste when i bit my burger was pickles. They put about 6 pickles on the burger which just ruined the burger. This was a drive thru order so didn’t know until i got home. Not a good first impression for this location.

Bad service. Ordered online. Gave my order number and name. Pulled up to window and did not know which was my order. Then said pull up and wait was eternal. Helped needed with store or district management. This is why McDonalds always wins. Good service always wins.
