9/26/24- I know it’s Burger King, but today I was greeted by Rafael and Cindy when I walked in even though they were busy. It took a few minutes but not being a regular it gave me time to read the menu.
I went with the $5 meal just to kill time and get out of traffic. I was happy I did. It was fast and filling for a small meal. Don’t expect too much from this deal as it’s more of a kid meal but perfect if you don’t want to eat much.
Rafael was friendly and extended great customer service. He is good with all the customers that came in while I ate.
The restaurant is very clean and so is the restroom which you don’t find these days
Stop by and enjoy a dessert as they have lots to choose from.

my favorite fast food place in wallingford, has an old-timer feel to it and the workers there are very nice. One person’s review said that they ordered the “cheapest thing on the menu”, which came out to around $20 per person. That is absolute nonsense. If you are going to fast food in 2025, you should know your way around the deals by now. The trio deals for me and my two children cost less then $9 per person. If you are complaining about the prices here, you just don’t know how to find good value when it’s right in front of you. Love from Germany

I come here every now and then during lunch but its definitely out of my way to get lunch while on my break. What really aggravated me was seeing the doors locked only the drive thru open. Requested my original chicken with no mayonnaise came home and it had mayonnaise plus the mayonnaise looked like it was there under the light for a while call the store manager and requested a refund and a new sandwich they stated that their store policy does not give out any refunds only to remake the sandwiches. My wife almost ate a staple while trying to eat an onion ring. It was the worst experience ever. We threw away all of our food because I was afraid my children were going to eat something that could have caused serious damage. Because of this experience, I look at fast food places differently. I will NEVER go there ever again. I already mentioned to all my family, friends, and all of my co-workers to never step a foot in there. I HIGHLY recommend you do not waste your money at this Burger King. And if it was up to me, I would have given you 0 stars.

Can’t speak to the atmosphere. I’ve been here a handful of times since I moved to the area. Service was ok. Was waiting on chicken for a mobile order to be places and was told to park on the side with no timeframe. However, I specified specifics with the three items I ordered. Everything came to me as if someone ordered them as is. And I specified my adjustments in the mobile app. Happened to me one other time too with one of my items. How hard is it to read and get it right? Doesn’t make me want to give them money if they can’t give me the right items
