Everything was wonderful!
( accept it was an online order and it was barely warm. I had my own salt packet & ketchup but no microwave. )

The manager of the Old Saybrook Burger King, Mohammed, was very friendly and took great pride in the quality of the food and the cleanliness with which it is prepared. I had a Big Fish and fries, both were hot and tasty!

Oh well. The buyer was cold. I drove to the parking lot to eat it. I ate the small fries then the burger. It was cold the bread was not toasted. I honestly felt insulted.

Bought 6 burgers and 2 large fries n onion rings. And the really NICE guy only gave us 4 sachets of ketchup. He was already rude and grumpy so we didn’t ask for anything else and just left.

Don’t get me wrong… there are good Burger King restaurants. This just isn’t one of them. When I go here, I get soggy onion rings, wrong orders, and I had to repeat my order several times to a cashier who could barely speak english.

I thought that would be a one time occurrence, but it’s happened to me multiple times on different visits. Disappointing.

I judge BKs by their Impossible Whoppers as I do not eat meat. I usually have them for breakfast! This BK makes the perfect Impossible Whopper. Crispy edge and charred exterior with lots of lettuce and cheese. Excellent. And the fries were crispy and perfect. Friendly staff. Really make it MY WAY!
