Absolutely disgusted with my Burger King experience. Ordered a sandwich and got a sad, wilted lettuce leaf. Like, what even is this? Thought I was getting a meal, not a joke. Service was meh, atmosphere was meh, food was WHEW . Won’t be back, BK . 1/5 stars, and that’s being generous. Step up your game!

I can’t go there anymore. I waited on line in car for 20 minutes other day. Regardless. Every time I stop there the drive thru takes entirely too long, 15 minute minimum. What a shame, I prefer a whopper over a big mac.

10/5/2025 around 6:50pm.. Place order online through BK app so i can go through drive thru and not have to go inside. Get there and pull up to speaker and tell the guy im picking up an online order and give the name.. I get told to hold on 3 times, then he comes back and says i have to go inside.. Which totally defeats the purpose of using the App..
I go inside and show him my order on my phone, which they cannot find but he kept teying to give me someone elses delivery app order.. So I again show him my order on my phone, and wait and wait.. Finally my order shows up and a woman starts making the food. She did not know english and could not read the screen to know how to make the food. So yup my order was a mess… She threw a plain burger patty between the buns. second burger had all kinds of stuff we didnt ask for on it.. Needless to say they ended up having to remake my burgers 3 times each before they got it close to right. Wasnt totally right but i was hungry, getting cranky and tired of waiting.. so what should of been a quick trip through the drive thru turned to about a half hour mess with a Burger King full of clueless employees.. While standing there the same woman made burgers for people in the drive thru and kept messing up their food as well and as people sent them back she would just open the wrapper and take off or add whatever she messed up and then hand the same food back to the people.. NEVER changed her gloves after touching food that was outside of the restaurant just kept on making food.
So waited all that time didnt get offered even a small soda or anything for the aggrivation I had to deal with.. Im all for people from other countries having jobs, but if they cannot read basic english enough to make a burger, they should not be working there..

I love the cheese burger day. I got the free cheese burger with the 1 dollar chocolate cookies. Last night we were so crazy, we went to Burger King, McDonald and Wendy’s to use those deals

I do order every morning their croissant it’s freshly made so it takes time . Everyone should understand that it’s take time it’s not a coffee shop or donut shop that it gonna take 2/3 minutes .

Although service can be a little slow at times, the food at this Location is always fresh, and I’ve never had any cold food. I’ve worked in fast food, so it’s to be anticipated that the staff can be a little edgy at times, but not always bad. Although it’s a difficult job for minimal salary, it also deserves base pay, which inspires you to improve your life.
