Got my order wrong, thus I waited 10 minutes for my order. Threw it out due to a specific allergy to mayo and they didn’t listen, instead were laughing and joking. Nasty employees, save your money.

Literally worst BK I’ve ever been to. Young kid with glasses working the counter is terrible. Doesn’t listen, inputs wrong info constantly, and makes you repeat every single step of your order but by piece because he can’t retain info (can I have a med fry and large drink? “You want a fry? What size? You want a drink? What size”) bud, I told you already. Literally happens every time. Also 90% of the time they get my order wrong and I have to then turn around. Drive through never works and for some reason putting up a sign when it’s down proves to difficult. The manager is actually pretty nice, but she just seems fed up with all the b/s

After working all night I get there at 11:30 PM. I try to order food and they tell me they’re closed but their hours are till 12 AM. I’ve been there several times at this time of night, and never had an issues . It was a woman and guy working. The woman took my order then there was a pause. Then the guy answered and said we’re closed. Not “sorry we’re closed”. This happened on 6/20/23 at 11:30pm. This guy should be fired. For not staying open till 12am as advertised.

We went through drive through, guy was rude by rushing us for last time…went inside for fries they fogot. Guy looked stoned! And still got home missing a Whopper and the sandwiches we did get were cold. I have it one more shot because it’s been like this a while now…never again.. I’ll just to Wendy’s if I’m in rush.

20 min in drive through with only two cars in line, paid cash at window, was told to “back up” so she can start “retyping” and couldn’t see them proceeding the order, was handed the order with no thank you… awful service. If I could give no stars, I would.

Ordering at the dine-in register will allow you to watch multiple vehicles and online orders be fulfilled while you watch the one cashier fill their bags and deliver them out. It’s rare that I compain about food especially in the fast food industry, but I had to create an account just to post this. Get that lady working at drive-thru out of there!!! This is the 3rd time the past year she’s taken my order, and every single time it’s like pulling teeth. She hates her job and takes it out on the customers. Today, on her phone the entire time pulling up and forgets to give a beverage. It’s a given she can’t work anywhere else higher than this establishment, but she can’t even work in fast food!
