This place is usually very good. Upon getting french toast sticks this morning, I was given Zesty sauce instead of Maple Syrup. The combination of french toast and zesty sauce seems so disgusting, I have no idea why they gave me this instead of syrup. Unacceptable.

This Burger King in Branford has gone way downhill. The staff constantly messes up orders, especially when you try to make simple requests like “no mayonnaise” or “no pickles.” Instead, they’ll drown your burger in mayo or pile on extra cheese and pickles you didn’t ask for. It feels like no one is actually listening when you place your order. The food quality and attention to detail are the worst I’ve seen at any Burger King. I really wouldn’t recommend going here unless you’re absolutely starving — there are much better options nearby in the Branford area.

I visited this branch of Burger King sometime last year and only met a sign saying “Open Soon” but I’m so excited It’s finally open. I visited today and was really impressed at the cleanliness and courteous service. Its pretty close to the road with a great view and can easily be seen from vehicle in normal traffic. The restroom is sparkling clean and there’s also a wheelchair accessible parking and entrance for the differently abled.

Quick Service and hot food. No wait on Saturday at dinner time. Large dining room and single-use bathrooms. Parking is a little weird as you got to drive around the entire building and drive through to the other side. Some unusual seating inside too like you’d find in a waiting room.

I picked up lunch today in the drive through and the food was hot and fresh. Just the way I like it. Fries were fresh and salted perfect. The chicken wrap was fresh and the burger also. Im not sure what the managers name is on shift at lunchtime today, but thanks for making sure my food was fresh!

Pablo helped us in Drive thru he was kind, upbeat, helpful, and told us “you rule” at end of order. Pablo you’re doing a great job! Fries were hot and fresh right amount of saltiness too. Burger was great as well I like the Texas burger.
