They are much better than they used to be. My main gripe is the way the drive thru is ran. They’ll take your order, you’ll pay at the window, then be asked to pull up to the front which is a two way entrance. There is nothing guiding you where to park or to stay in order of some sort. Some people park in the way of oncoming traffic. Because of that traffic gets blocked, the workers go from vehicle to vehicle trying to figure out who ordered what.

Took our grandkids to BK’s for dinner & we enjoyed our meals. The cashier was friendly & accommodating. The atmosphere was quiet. The bathroom was clean. It was a pleasant experience.

My french fries were mostly small pieces and tasted like dirty fryer oil. My ten piece nuggets weren’t any better two nuggets from the same bag, one is crunchy and hard and one is pale in color and looks undercooked so it tasted like soggy breading and had a strange taste to it. Not sure why we attempted to get this BK since anytime we ever ordered through Uber eats half our order wasn’t given to the driver and one time we drove there and sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes when employees were inside and no one helped us at the drive thru. They have gone DOWN HILL!! Definitely not even worth the 5 minute drive to get there just for disappointing food, it’s a waste of money.

I stopped going to this place because it was filthy and the service was horrific. But I decided to give it one last chance and I see almost an entire new staff and new Manager. He must have turned this place around because it was pleasant and this place was squeaky clean. Friendliest place around and I have to admit they’ve won me back if it stays like this

if i had to rate this place it would b a 2/5. i don’t typically go this location but i thought it would be nice going to a different one compare to the other one i go to. first off the line isn’t bad. the person on the speaker couldn’t answer one question, i feel as tho u should know u menu, but that’s easily forgettable. getting up to the window they made it a hassle. first off the lady at the window was fairly nice, but she made a mistake and i was like okayyyyy. second off the receipt machine is not working i don’t blame the lady tho she handle things well! how would i know if i got charge right! people ask these things. not to be a Karen but i waited a good 15 mins for a small order while i had this car behind me thinking it’s my fault for waiting on the food. and when i got home to eat the food it was prettty good, but they got a simple sandwich wrong and it was soggy. i ordered 2 cheeseburgers and got an onion burger lmao. pls train ur people better on orders.

The food was Super Fresh everything was at my burgers and the girl was really really friendly at the drive-thru she was a sweetheart song super satisfied this time I decided to go to the one in Hamden on Dixwell not the one and Ansonia so is much better
